Thank you, you helped me with my slightly low right shot placement. Its because my cheek weld was too high, i moved it to my inner cheek bone, (on the underside)closer to my mouth, hitting dingers now. Thank you.

Its nice to see you just have some fun with lighter bands for once, i mean that hunting stuff and all is awesome, but this is good content too👍

oh and another question, I am used to shooting slingshots with tubes and a hammer grip and I just started to shoot flat bands. I already have a slingshot but i bought it off amazon and i don’t really like it. What catapult do you recommend i buy from your website, there are many different evo choices and i get lost between the different typed. which one would you recommend for me(i hunt a lot and am trying to get extremely accurate to hunt better and more consistently hit my prey)

Just started in this world. I've watched a few tutorials, and followed the advice to buy a basic, not too expensive catapult. The one I've purchased has all the scope sights in the package. I decided almost immediately that I was not going to bother with them. Having watched your tutorial, and many others, I'm glad I just went out into the back garden and practised with the basic setup. I was able to hit a target from around 10m distance. Okay, it was 20cm by 40cm, and I don't know exactly where I hit it, as I was using clay balls. Nevertheless, I was as pleased as punch to have managed that on the first shot. Thank you so much to you, and the many others that have shared the experience and knowledge they have gained over the years.

Really enjoyed this video some months ago i watched your video on angled tree top shots i followed your instructions and increased my accuracy by 100% thank you for that lesson'' i also use my Mark one Stainless Steel Goblet Evo for these shots shooting Horse Chestnuts in the summer time for practice out of tree tops . '' but i have a real problem i've just lost the sight in my right eye due to infection and i am a right handed shooter i don't know if my sight is permanent loss yet'' but im devastated because its thrown my shots off completely trying to shoot with my left eye the pouch release in my right hand is still corner of my mouth but im wondering if i should bend my head in and release from the corner of my damaged right eye i just cant get it right'' and im to used too the Catty being in my left hand to try and change over do you or anyone out there who is a dedicated Catty shooter have any idea? how i can get my shots back in because i have been shooting a long time and i really got a good muscle memory going for good accurate shots. i'm really put out with this problem i don't want to give up my Catty and all the hard work i've done to get good shots over the last couple of years. I have tried Rufus Hussey style with just raise and release and let my left eye track the target and that wasn't bad i have hit the target at 15 feet away but i need to aim for long distance shots like tree tops its not good enough 🤥 any suggestions would be a great help right now

Oh and how important is the band setup for accuracy? are cheap bands always inaccurate? And what’s the longest distance you feel comfortable with hunting?

i know this set up is lightwheight for you, but you can go much lighter with this ammo and get the same speed

I just bought the Evo Field pro V2 and the Goblet Evo copper last Monday and I’m loving them Wayne. I have been in my bit of wooded garden today getting the hang of them and they feel great. So I will be out for the hunt soon in the local woods for some tasty squirrels so have a good day mate cheers 👍

Do you have any tips and tricks to improve slingshot aim when shooting vertically upwards? When im out hunting woodpigeon, most of the times my game is high in the trees and very skittish about anything getting close to them. It seems i have trouble and my aim seems to suffer greatly when shooting directly upwards or very close to being vertical. I do fine when shooting horizontal with my game being not much higher or lower than im standing, but it seems im really bad when shooting upwards missing every shot. If you find shooting upwards no different than shooting horizontally do you have any tips to pass on to improve accuracy? i.e giving more hold over or hold under and such. I aim for a headshot just as i would with any other shot, but i either send the ball way above them or i end up hitting the branch they are standing on.

Great video Wayne I shoot 12mm lead out of 3070 tube with a short draw and I do well with it I’ve shot pheasants 30+ metres with it. In my opinion I think it depends if you shoot flat bands or tube.
