Hi Jay. New subscriber here. Binge watching a lot of you amazing videos today. You have such great ideas and excellent explanations. Glad yt suggested your videos to me 🎉
I was a sociology student yet I had no problem solving calculus problems. You're just an idiot probably.
System, ie., process, procedure.
I read James Clears "Atomic Habits" so I know about the concept of his "systems" but your video really made this (even) more applicable for me. - Great video! Thank you.
Hello.....
What a pleasure to listen to real stuff! Thrilled!
That last point about keeping score is great... just have to try not to be toxic about it LOL Love the video, though, thanks Jay!
Hey Jay , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?
Your honesty has me subscribed. Been there done that. Sleep first, always. Pay attention to how you feel, always. The results will be low quality, always.
Thanks Jay. Simple and to the point.
I would like to add another step. Step 6: Feedback Loop. Once you have completed a set of activities for 30 days. At the end of the 30th day, take inputs and outputs generated from the system and see if there are ways you could improve. It's all about iterations rather than repetitions.
❤💕❤
Such a great video thank you 😊💯
👌🏼
Underrated channel, I have a feeling you’ll be at 50k subscribers by the end of the year!!
What's the difference between daily goals and critical tasks?
This was actually a nice goal-setting video. Thank u for sharing the method :)
This falls under smart framework once again specific measurable goals within specified timeline😂
helpful at least
I am really getting a good understanding of this working to achieve your goal. Thanks very very much for enlightening me on this 10 30 100 rule. God bless.

You're really good. I've just watched a few videos of yours and this is quality. You should have more views.
Aww thank you!
Great idea. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Bingo. When you associate punishment and criticism to procrastinating, you’ve now doubled your reasons for avoiding a task you dislike. Instead, gamify the task and reward yourself and celebrate -- you added the emotional incentive. Reward over punishment.
🙌
For once, a person giving advice on journaling and productivity whose business is NOT just giving productivity advice, but runs a real business.
Ahh thanks!
1. Define the task. Break it down to small chunk. 2. Set a timer. Work or study for 30 mins. Write a task list. 25 mins on and 5 mins off. 3. Do it with somebody else. Ex. Study group. 4. Keep score as "men keep points." How many tasks did you do? Celebrate your milestones. Thanks for the info!
Let’s go!
Thankyouuuu for summarising and Saving my time.

Dude, this is the third video in a row. I’m watching of yours! I just found you and you’ve got banger after banger after banger!
Let’s go!!
It’s funny because I just came from the video of a TH-camr named ClutterBug, she has a blog. Her focus is on the organization of the household. But she mentioned today that the best way to overcome overwhelm is to take your to do list and focus on the most important thing that’s on that list. If you get that done, you can feel like you’ve done enough work to move on. That’s kind of what you’re saying. Focus on the meat and potatoes of your task, all the extra stuff either doesn’t have to be done or can be done later.

Very well explained! Automatic subscription!

I’ve always wondered, what is it about consumerism that brings out the worst version of a person?
People get funny when it comes to money
Show up + Comfort = Building consistency (Level 1) Progress + Perform = Building intensity (Level 2) Becoming “a high-intensity performer” requires building the habit of consistency FIRST. Thank you for this great video!
I like it!
Love this, thank you!
