Just wanted to say thanks for the video, installed this with a 7800X3D! My first amd system ever built. The included arctic instructions are just bad imo. Couple of annoying things I had while installing: the cords don’t tuck underneath that clip/sheath very easily(what do you call it? A clip? Idk) so I was worried I’d damage those lil cords when snapping the magnetic plate on. They could use just a few mm more clearance for that sheath for the cords Screwing in the pump part to the motherboard plates u put in, it is not easy. Took like 3 mins to get it just right to where it would accept and screw into the board brackets. I could see why this has broken some lesser amd boards (allegedly) Don’t know why they changed this compared to the freezer II (reportedly it does not have this issue?) though, this is still 1000x easier than old fans that use back plates behind the motherboard for support. One more thing! I wish they emphasized more what side the L and R bracket goes on your motherboard. You cannot see the install (which one is R? lol) on their videoz Here it’s still kind of blurry but better Also I didn’t find any issue with him talking, don’t know what the other guys problem is. lol

My Arctic liquid III 360 tubes touch/rest on the GPU backplate. Is it ok? will it cause melting or other damage?

I have an AM4 CPU the Ryzen 7 5800X3D and bought the new Arctic Liquid Freezer III 280 Black does the new AM4 offset brackets come with it and inside the box and doesn’t touch my m.2 nvme like the old revisions except rev 4 on ALF II which showed a half an inch of the IHS to cover the hot CCD or CCD’s or do I have to order one through there website?

I still use the 980m 8gb versions in SLI with i7 4930MX in an Alienware 18. It runs everything great.

Gigabyte ga-x99-ud4p mobo E5-2680 v4 Xeon cpu 16gb ddr4 @3200 MHz g.skill aegis ram Rtx 2070 super She runs well but I am undoubtably getting some bottleneck but it’s an old gpu so idc. People sleep on the xeons! Can my cpu was 20$ for 14 cores like that’s insane.

Useless unboxing. The whole point is we see how everything is packed and put inside the box and the whole part of opening and taking the inside carton out is edited out in 0:55... Then the second most usefull part of opening the inside carton and show us how the tubes and pump are packed inside gets edited out again in 1:02... How can someone screw something so easy as an unboxing video i always wondered. Now i know, just cut whole sections out lol. Might as well post some pics and call it a day at this point.

Thanks for this, really appreciate it. My 5900x crapped out and I was looking for a spare until the 9xxx series releases. The 5600 seems like a decent replacement for only $90. I mostly use gpu rendering anyways.

seriously interested in getting this AIO to replace my h170i I am sooooo sick of ICUE that I am getting rid of everything I own related to them....How is the performance of this AIO if anyone knows in comparison to the h170i in push/pull that would be awesome. im not sure why my "Magnetic Processor cooler fan" does not spin or light up, do i miss something? cpu cooler is connected and temperature is pretty low, everything works well just the processor fan is dead
