I really really wish I found your channel earlier. This is a great tutorial and MUCH easier and more precise way of making membranes than my previous attempt. I can't even remember how I made wing membranes before, but I know I used a brush that utilizes curves and that makes membranes. However, I remember it was difficult and I couldn't do holes in them. This is so much better and I already tried this way as I'm making another model and it is SOOOO much better. Many thanks for the videos on your channel!

3:55 tapping outside does NOT make the line uneditable. I am stuck because this function does not work, and cannot create new hairs that are too close to eachother. Please, help me fix that....

IMPORTANT TIP>>>>>>For anyone that gets stuck when moving a sphere and you end up picking up more than 1 and you dont know why this is happening. ANSWER: Reduce your brush size. If the brush is too big it will pick up everything in its radius. Im new to to zbrush, No one has ever explained this but its a really obvious thing to point out.

You also emphasize on the focal shift and the brush size. If not the zspheres will not elongate instead the whole thing moves. It took sometime for me to figure this out !!

3:06 The real question is how do you know what brush with what alpha will perform those folds, like the curve pinch + alpha 61 you used, i mean there must be a brush functionality breakdown that let's you know how it will behave. This is what allows everyone to create a working custom brush, or are they just randomly modifying the parameters until they like it
