@@bundjohn lol just a beginner John, I'm struggling to play games at mo with working full time, and looking after the wife and animals, especially where she badly broke and dislocated her ankle, also my hands are hurting too. So when I do get an hour or two to unwind and weather permits I find looking up at the stars very relaxing and a little bit frightening too lol. Thanks for watching 👍

@@GameZoneBirdroomI completely adore this game (I love it better than the first one), however my Sega Saturn is over 3 decades old and can't run anymore. Still have the disk though! Would you know if an emulator can run the game off my CD and play it decently?

@@GameZoneBirdroom I had budgies once upon a time, one I named Malkovich had free roam of the house! My family has since adopted some cats a few years back, and unfortunately they don't mix

@patrickianperalta does your Saturn still boot up the start up screen, if so the saroo is a flash cart that bypasses the cd drive and plays the games off the SD card.

Budgies are awesome little birds still my favourite bird. But yes not the best idea cats and birds together lol.

@@IvanSkaro86 If your looking through the telescope yes your only seeing bright white light, so placing your phone through the phone adapter you can lower the brightness and see how it looks.

@IvanSkaro86 awesome will keep an eye out on your channel to see your progress. Don't let it get to you if it slow going it's taken me over a year to get some decent results. But you got a good mid range telescope so you should get some great pics /video footage. My telescope is basic its the Celestron 60AZ powerseeker.

@GameZoneBirdroom cheers man, that's great to know and thanks for the link to the firmware update, That's a real help! I cant wait to get it up and running. I love my older consoles but I'm not tech savvy whatsoever when it comes to stuff like this so I was gutted when the thing turned up empty - I'd sold some ps1 gear to buy it cos I'd got hold of a modded psone and had been old school burning verbatim cdr's like its bloomin' 199X 😄.. Collecting the original games for the most part has just got way out of the range of my budget lately and the saturn stuff is up there with the gamecube for prices if not even crazier! I much prefer using the proper hardware and sitting with a crt TV than emulating on a p.c if possible so these flash carts are amazing for that. @normalguy-gy3mn definitely not a dumb question. It's because I had low light so I can see Jupiter bands if I had high exposure which brings more light I would have seen Jupiter moons 👍

Yep I totally agree, it would of had a few things missing but like you said I don't think us fan would have minded or cared just to see it running on Saturn would have been awesome. And I think it would have done a grand job of it with the 4MB RAM cart. Thanks for watching 👍

@@bundjohn yes recorded it on my Google pixel 7 pro with a phone adapter that sits on the telescope. And it can be was proper useless when I 1st started this amazing hobby, I'm getting pretty good with knowing the constellation and which ones are planets now tho. I do want to go live with it at one point when we get decent weather. Also want a bigger telescope too lol. Thanks for watching John. 👍

@@gullpayne it's truly humble and you realise just how small our beautiful little planet really is, in the universe we're (humans) are smaller then a grain of sand on earth that's just mindbogglingly.

Well I never get that time back lol 🤣. I spent a lot of time with sega rally probably my most played game I can complete it pretty easily nowadays, but it's still fun trying to get tho milliseconds down and knock my top time down the score board. Thanks for watching 👍

That would be my old GBS control upscaler, I lost wi-fi settings on it so I was stuck with the bright picture

Hi, Saroo is not compatible with action replay, it does already have memory on it so you can save games and you can play any region and with the latest firmware 0.7 you can now play copy/burned games.

@GameZoneBirdroom does all saroo have the 4 megabit ram included in the device or I have to put software to turn it on? (I mean like the software for it to do similar things)

Ок thank you ! I heard that the changes are minimal, added languages and somewhere improved the compatibility of games. Just in case I will change the config file and replace too . On 0.6 version I had problems with Space Hulk freezing. I hope they have fixed it here, we'll see.

They added a start up screen, cover art, 2-3 more languages to it, and you can now play copy/burned games on it. Not sure if they fixed any more games but definitely worth updating the config file. 👍

I’m just checking , yeah it’s all working very well . And cover art it’s amazing idea ! Just perfect ! I still need to figure out the games ,categories and the multi disk versions , I'm not getting to that stage . My computer broken right now (my video card just fly away) , and I have to do all my manipulations with my iphone. And it's an adventure, I'll tell you that. ))

@@RetroClaire it's incredibly humbling it just shows how small and insignificant we really are. It is just so beautiful, mine not really a powerful telescope and you can see a fair bit with it.

yeah I can imagine. Seeing the moon like that with your own eyes, with all the craters and texture. It makes it 3D and an actual ball of stuff in the sky.

Once you download the ROM folder unzip it and your find all the files inside it IE track 1.bin, 2.bin and so on.

@@GameZoneBirdroom once i unzip it, do i put them all in a new folder or just leave all of the files there. It asks me to extract the files of the compressed zip folder

@EndOfTheDemocrats yes extract the unzip folder and then just copy that folder over to the Saroo in the ISO folder

They do some awesome mods. These two sega rally ones are brilliant the 2nd ones is probably my favourite as it just bonkers especially the helicopter 🚁 lol 🤣 very similar to Daytona and manx TT where you can play as the horse and sheep in them games lol.
