Welcome back everyone to GameZone Birdroom. What have I got for you today? Well this is a bit of a different video, I got unlimited access to Legends Arcade a new shop that's opening up next Saturday 7/9/2024 in Fort William in the Highland the outdoor Capital of Britain home to Ben Nevis and now Legend Arcade this is where all the action will take place. Mark the owner has opened up and let me have a look round and see what it's all about, and took the time to have a chat about how he came up with the idea.
Legend Arcade caters for young and old as it has a great selection of classics and modern consoles from Atari 2600 all the way up to Xbox one and everything in between like SEGA, Nintendo and Sony.
Come join the fun and let that inner child out and relive thought great gaming moments and make new friends.

Think this is a brilliant idea. There really isn't very much for kids in this area, and most kids have a 5'er. Kids from surrounding areas have free bus, so no money out lay there. I will be bringing my kid in to show him how to play Pac Man! 🤣

That's great to hear, I really hope it does well for legend Arcade I know he put a lot of effort and time into the place. I think fort William needs it too as you said not much about for the kids, teenagers so I think it will be very beneficial and adults too will enjoy reliving them childhood memories 😊. Good luck to him but i cant see it lasting mate, as James said more a Cafe than an arcade, see these ventures come and go all the time.
Hopefully it well do well for him, I know mark put a lot of time and effort into the place. I think fort William could do with a place like this, as there really is not much for kids/teenagers to do. Thanks for watching Stu.
Bit of a different idea that James, hope it works out for him, all going to depend if enough local people are interested to keep visiting regularly

If the arcades club of this world struggle then ill be amazed if this lasts a year tbh, i agree its more a gaming cafe not a single arcade machine to be seen
