thank you! very helpful)))) Realised, that my brakes, still blocking the motor, after 1 hour of tweaks. Just cut cable from on the brakes. Motor and brakes, from the rear wheel, works independently now. Problem solved 🤣

I just bought one. Retired trainer. Dealer said they took it out of training mode but it is a dog, they said ride it out, it will relearn. Does that sound tight? barely hits 50mph.

i tried doing this trick, i felt some tension returning, but not a whole lot, and its still not braking properly. I can see that the pads are barely squeezing the disk, and ive been repeatedly adjusting for 40 mins and i still havent made progress. any suggestions?

Hey man you might no see this but 3 years ago you made a video on how to ajust a e bike brake i dont know how to ajust the back brake and if you could make a video on the back break on a e bike my back brake no longer works at all thank you

So basically once you pull out more it should tighten correct? I did that but noticed only back brake barely tightened and front was not doing nothing, as I look down on my kids ebike I see brake pads worn down to basically metal so no wonder why I wasn't feeling any contact. That's for informative vid and can you tell me is there a bug difference between disc vs hydraulic brakes? Like I think I want to replace with hydraulic

You did all that and you couldnt spare $25-$50 bucks for some desent pedals,other than that,its a pretty good set up. How many more mph do you do with the dual set up?

Great minds think alike, I made the exact same mistake. Loose the shims and the lock tight and get the right size knuckle for the handle bars. By doing so you can easily loosen the 4 Allen screws and still fold down the handle bars if needed. Center the bars, adjust your reach, tighten it all down and ride. May you have many safe miles my brother.✌What, no Ebike emojis😯

My brakes feel tight but won't actually grab, I think I accidentally tightened the cable without adjusting the calipers. Is that normal? And is there a way to see if my calipers need to be replaced or I just made a mistake without taking everything apart? This is my first ebike, I bought it non-functional from the garbage and rebuilt it myself, but brakes are serious and I'm not a pro
