For anyone looking into buying a Lectric XP or any EBike for that matter and you're unable to work on the bike yourself, call your local bike shops and make sure they will work on bikes that weren't purchased through them. We have one bike shop in my town and they won't. They only work on the brand of Ebike they sell.
Yes, for some reason bike shops do not want to touch ebikes. I have one ebike shop where I live that will work on ebikes that are not purchased through them.
@@FrankiesWorld Yeah I found one bike shop also that will help me.But you need to do basic stuff to the bike weekly--most of the parts can be done with allen wrenches--mostly 3 sizes--I keep those 3 and some small vice grips in a bag I carry to tighten parts if I need to.Also you tube alone has a video of almost any repair--only thing i dread is any problem on my rear hub ebike since you have to remove a lot of stuff to do any repairs like a flat.Plus the first thing most have to do is build the 15 to 20% of the ebike that you have to assemble--so in a way you are forced to do some stuff to it.
Learned this the hard way and now im just an anxious mess because I needed this bike to work since I dont have a car. I hate this bike so much I just need it to work to make money but I need money to make it work.

I have no clue, but you are correct about buyer beware. I knew what I was getting into when I got mine. For anyone out there who is considering getting one, do your homework first and find out which local dealers will work on your bike. Some wont because they dont want to be liable.

@@rolandgadue4351 they normally come with the motorcycle when you purchase it. However, try doing a search on Honda grom handlebars to see if it comes up, or of not something similar comes up. As long as it’s a 7/8” bar thickness it will work. You’ll also need a 7/8 to 1” handlebar shim for the center so it fits.

Thanks for the comment and follow! The spokes do have to be adjusted however they shouldn’t have to for the first 100 miles.

I don’t, they are stock handlebars from a 2019 Honda grom motorcycle.
Do not buy from Lectric they do not refund your money even after they sell you a broken bike
That’s why I’m glad nothing was wrong with mine at all. Always my biggest fear
