    Hi, I love your Tutorials, they're super helpful & you're so talented!🥰 I have a question, do you think there is an age limit to requiring this amount of back flexibility? Since most ppl have been doing it from early childhood on I'm concerned I wont make it

      Hey, Thank you! There are some exercises in this video that I made only after I was 18, and I improved my flexibility a lot with them. It's easier to start in early age, but it's possible to improve flexibility later too😊 So just have patient, do the exercises every other day and listen to your body. Good luck!

    Hello! I just found your channel. Amazing! Thank you! My daughter trains 3 days per week (it’s been almost 2 years) she is a fraction off her middle splits. Just can’t seem to get that last bit. It’s been this way for a year. She repeats all of the exercises in this video 3 times per week. Except the wall exercises. We are going to try this and see if it helps. I wanted to ask can she practice JUST the wall exercises at home without the rest of the exercises on the video if she is doing those separately in class. Or does she need to do the routine as a whole for the wall exercises to be effective. Thanks so much :)

      Rhythmic gymnastics is amazing sport I hope you will enjoy it! First make sure you know how to warm up well. And also make sure you don't do elements that can be dangerous if you aren't sure how to do them properly. Then try to learn some basic balances & jumps, apparatus handling and acrobatics! I hope my tutorials will help you😊
