Hi!
For gymnasts that are older than 15 years old, the ribbon stick must be 60cm long, and the ribbon 6m long.
For younger gymnasts, the ribbon stick can be 57cm or 50cm long, depends on the gymnasts height😊

DAs can be done with one club working and the other one just held🙃 But the value is higher if the throw/catch is with 2 clubs
