Okay, so at first I thought this was just clickbait or m/disinformation, but, after checking my PSP download list (have all three), my PS1 disc collection (have MML2), and Wikipedia, I believe that OP is actually talking about Rockman DASH 2 - Episode 1: "Roll's Close Call!" Edition (or Rockman DASH 2 - Episode 1: 'Roll-chan Kikiippatsu!' no Maki). This is indeed a Japan-only, standalone prologue to MML2, but the phrasing/presentation in the video made it pretty unclear whether OP was referring to this game, MML2, or TMoTB.

I got it during the Christmas sale for $5, I'd say the game's practically a steal at that price. So long as you treat it like a casual experience you can sink a lot of time in it just horsing around. Not to mention replaying everything with different characters and builds

This game was released in both Japan and America in the year 2000. This was the first version I played before playing the first Mega Man Legends game. Also. Misadventures of Troy Bon was an excellent peice

People say that Planet DOB is kinda hard and confusing to play, but it's simply just getting three bits in a row to level the DTT-MS to level 5 and moving on to the next piece of the town after a minigame which you can change the difficulty to make it easier. I got 100% on this game before, so it's not that hard to play even if you don't know any Japanese.

i dunno why treasure had serious trouble when it come to make own games with well known ip then they had paycheck before debt gets really nasty, is hard to belive theyr last 3d game had to work on is from an anime called dragon spirit or something like that, is an gamecube (had also gba) is on rail shooter like panzer dragoon. but during gameplay had put out nice hight quality cutscene straight out from the source material. the game it self is half decent but not perfect when it come from treasure it self.

my dad loved tf out of kowloon's gate despite them being bootlegs ahahah a shame the disc don't really work anymore but he did get kowloon's gate suzaku, it's an alright tribute but he was sad that it wasn't actually a full game :'}
