Are some of the tutorial combos worth remembering? I only ask this because I don't want to think the combos here and the ones on the game are both optimal and I mess up my inputs in between. Like the 5[C] - 4C whereas the game doesn't show any conversions. I play Dantes for a long time so it would be better if I could practice these instead Just picked up Ciel so this information is needed😅

for the first bnb u can end with 3c, j.C, j.B, 236A, jc. j.C, AT for about 100 more damage

are there any big differences in the BNBs from this patch to the current one? btw thank you for this it wouldve been way harder to pick up melty if this guide didnt exist

Hi everyone! It's been a while, but the Vlov guide is finally here, albeit long overdue. I thought I'd get it done sooner, but I got caught up in lots of other things. I can't give a timeline on when the next video will come, but just know I'm still banging them out! For now, I hope you enjoy! Side Note: For some reason on the j.B safejumps, there are some instances where it looks like the j.B didn't come out before I reached the ground. I'm not sure why it ended up that way in the video, I kept re-recording it but when I put it in the video it kept happening. Maybe it's a frame rate thing. Either way, I just don't want anyone to think it either doesn't actually work or I did it incorrectly. It definitely does work! 👍

for the 4-bar combo, if you only do 1 hit of the second rekka, you can do full 236C, netting you more damage

Hi everyone! This video is almost a year old (only a few days after launch) and a few days ago (August 19, 2022), the Summer patch dropped. There have been many updates since this video was made, but most of if not all of the tech and combos still work just fine! Make sure to look at the patch notes of the newest version (and maybe even previous patch notes) to stay up-to-date with Shiki if you haven't already. It's mainly just changes of move properties to keep up with; For example 5B moves further and 236A crumples the enemy now!

Picking Roa back up after the new patch. He feels so good and these combos are a good refresher to what I already practiced. You're nuts. Thanks!
