EDIT: As of August 19, 2022, the Summer patch is live. This video was made prior, but all the combos and tech are still applicable! It's only missing his new move (j.2C) and some small changes in move properties/frame data. Be sure to check out the patch notes so you're fully up-to-date!

I found this document halfway through my labbing and it helped me so much. Plus, it has a whole lot more in-depth and advanced Roa tech for you to use once you're ready to take your Roa to the next level beyond what's in this guide.
