Inferiority complex ( he is expecting others to stand up , call him sir and perceived idea that he can walk into anything and claim all government employees are working under him . Infact, MPs are the employees of public. 2.. lack of confidence . He has no proven way to solve the problem but rather creates news . This shows that a person has no confidence in the ability to negotiate or solve issues . 3.. lack of general knowledge : He has no idea of the world of politics and diplomatic way of addressing things.. He things knowing three languages gives him superiority and above all status. Infact knowledge is not equal to language proficiency 4.. Poor brought up : we can see as he does have the decency to maintain a privacy for others or understand the privacy for others. Doesn't have the empathy to reprimand officers without substance in the meeting to say " you don't know what is project management is ". A well brought up ( I would say look at Gajendrakumar or Sajith , the way they communicate) know how to communicate well. 5.. Narcissistic personality ; He wanted him as the news including if the news about funeral, it has to be about him. Very evident from all his actions, disruptions statements 6..Emotionally unstable : I think he lacks sleep ( severe sleep deprivation that is visible in his eyes, suggest he has been draining his inner core and becoming unstable in his actions and statements 7.. Lack of understanding how government works ( government cannot provide jobs to everyone, that the bankrupt culture): He was telling the graduates about jobs. Infact he should be talking to banks, business people and departments to create non governmental jobs. He has no idea how to work on that end . He will scapegoat government as lack of vision. Government cannot go bankrupt again by creating jobs that is not needed. 8.. Doesn't understand the volunteerism : Volunteers are volunteers. They choose to be volunteers and if the opportunity comes, they may get jobs. Instead calling them slavery job is showing how much understanding he has about the volunteerism 9.. No clear agenda for his tenure. Wanted to stay in the news everyday but nothing productive done. : He has not said what is his goal . Basically nothing. He wanted to create news everyday to hype his status in the social media. He could address under a. What he plan to work on in the field of healthcare b. In the economy and standard of living c education system changes d.elderly welfare etc But , nothing coming out as he has no plans . 10.. Create toxic workplace culture, and create work place disturbances.. For a solution to problem can only be solved by Leaders listen to both side of the story. Do their own investigation and finalize the solution. Not listen half baked stories and makes decisions based on knee jerk reaction is what is he doing now..walk into the hospital, pick a fight with security, then director. Go to meetings and publicly question the qualifications without knowing their limitations to work with local governments. He is emotionally un-intelligent
