During a major speech on economic growth, she says the runway is "badly needed" and could create 100,000 jobs

But shadow chancellor Mel Stride says Labour's "ruinous policies" are hitting the economy now and that Reeves does "not understand business"
GDP growth was just 0.1% in November - and businesses have warned of the impact of upcoming tax rises in April, including a hike in National Insurance
