After the recent update, when engraving tumblers, the engraving is not consistent and is lighter at the ends and taller letters though the tumbler is leveled. Do you know how I can fix that? It was working fine before the update. Xtool D1 pro 20 w! Thank you so much in advance.

Ever since I did the latest update my laser no longer works properly!!! Have you experienced this? If so do you have a fix?

Only got my engraver a couple of days ago, but I'm familiar with a lot of drawing tools etc, so this was at a perfect level for me. As a few others have mentioned, the music is a little distracting and the volume of it would benefit from being slightly lower. Thank you for this.

thanks for the video. 1 suggestion would be to lower the volume of the music. it is distracting and makes it harder to hear you clearly.

Hello! does it matter what type of image it is for the 'edit, trace, filter, etc' icons to appear? Because mine doesn't have those when I add an image.

how do I adjust just one side of a rectangle/square. instead of resizing the entire shape, I just want to bring one side in but keep the length or something to that effect. I dont want to change the entire size of the shape.

for AI, I did not see a search bar at the top. I have version 2.2.23.

If you did batch engraving I think your laser isn’t properly set up as some seem way darker than others indicating a unlevel machine or workbed

Help! I try to use the smart fill option on the left menu but as soon as I start framing I get an error. I try it on batch mode conveyor and it fills everything in fine? Do you know why, or could you do a smart fill video please.

I really enjoyed the tutorial. The new creative space version has changed significantly which I think is a big improvement. I'm having a problem you didn't cover. You showed how to do layers but not the ordering or processing. I can set the order of layers I want processed but for the life of me I can't find where the "by layer" option is for processing. It use to be on the right hand side in the parmeters window but not anymore. Any help would be appreciated.
