mam in DPA method you told that due to DEPURINATION the concentration of DNA measured will be half of the actual DNA present in the sample then why is this not true for ORCINOL method as in this method also depurination is occuring

hello Maam, i have the coomasie protein assay reagent which is already prepared in liquid. do you i just add it to my sample and take the reading or how do i go about it. i want to analyse the protein content in the malaria vaccine.
does diphenylamine contribute to the dilution factor?
dear, the dilution factor is considered for final reaction mixture. The reagent is prepared in appropriate concentration priorly. It doesn’t affect your calculation
