Bro, the magna is the best bike ever made. Crotch rocket motor on a cruiser, I had a 96 and it would hit 120 with ease.. that's the one bike I regret getting rid of.

Congrats it’s a legend bike It’s a v4 cylinder and is a muscle bike tech wonder and still competitive today I have a v30 it’s a 500 bur quick too the v65 was the fastest bike in 83

Sorry dude but its 4 cilynder bike not two, so carb per pot. But otherwise its great that younger onse get into omder stuff. And it surely aint no hipsterish anemic cafe conversion, its a cruiser, with a muscle. A proper muscle cruiser. I think i'll import a big ol' V65 Magna, next to my GL500 Silverwing Interstate. How many mile is considered it broke in ?

Overheating and traffic cuz sometimes I might get backed up in traffic. You think this would be a bad choice cuz of overheating?

I'm about ready to try to make a purchase. I need to decide quickly between a 2023 Honda Grom or a 2024 X-Pect 200cc. A lot of the roads around here or are about 50 mph 55 and sometimes 65 mph speed limit and I would like to be able to hit them comfortably without redlining. I really like the Grom but I would prefer to be comfortable holding these speeds. Do you have any recommendations, pros and cons about either? It? Thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I've been watching a lot of videos of the 700 i would of gotten one but the 800nk was out and i never had a chance to even look at the 700 they were sold already

I like it a lot personally I have more fun with the 800 then my hayabusa busa was all hp the 800nk is lighter nimble and has the power you can use on streets

I like how your bike looks in just didn't see any when I was purchasing mine but I really like the 800nk

I like it i sold my 07 hayabusa i owned for 16yrs sold it due to a car accident I had so its was to much for me to handle so I bought 800nk dude that is a fun bike to ride and it has a snappy throttle in sport model top speed is 140mph

By the way I recently bought a 2024 CF Moto 800nk 100hp and 60 pound feet of torque you could keep up with the liter bikes with on reason obviously depends in the size bikes they ride.

This was almost a year ago. I’m guessing you’ve learned a lot since then. But just in case you haven’t let me throw you a few tips. Frog Toggs. They can be had for under 40 bucks. It’s a pant and jacket set. They will keep the rain off of you. Also boot gaiters. They’re about 15 to 20 bucks a pair and you will absolutely destroy them over a trip of this duration, but they will keep your boots dry if used in conjunction with a suit. Wet feet suck. So does trench foot. Gloves. You need to wear them because brother you don’t know how much you need your hands until you can’t use them. Luggage. A set of side bags or panniers as they are usually called will help keep the weight lower as well as being more stable. It would also allow you to put whatever you have on your backpack onto the backseat where you should be using rok straps to secure bag, anchoring them and yes, you should be using two to the rear frame underneath the tail at the back and then down to the passenger pegs which will prevent the bag from moving around and also get the weight off of your shoulders. When you’re riding all day, that is a fatigue that you do not need. On the same luggage note, a small tank bag is a godsend that you don’t appreciate until you have it. Waterproof storage for your phone camera battery pack wallet whatever have you that you can just pick up off the bike and take inside with you. In terms of seat comfort, I see that others have recommended an air hawk. I myself have used them and had great success. But beyond that there are a few other things that you can and should be doing. First you need to stretch every time you get off the bike which considering the three-point gallon tank on this bike is gonna be pretty often. Normally I tell people to stop every hour and a half or every hundred miles whichever comes first. And then go through a mini yoga routine. You will absolutely look like an idiot, but it will keep you riding for longer. Second you need to watch what you’re eating and drinking when you’re on the road like this. Caffeine is a stimulant and can give you a false sense of confidence in terms of your fatigue and alertness levels which are things you need to monitor carefully when you’re doing long rides. You want to drink water and lots of it. If you don’t have to piss every time you get off the bike which again we covered how frequently that should be then you’re not drinking enough water. As far as food you want to keep it light. I love steak and potatoes, but it’s not a good food for long bike rides. You don’t want anything that’s gonna be in your stomach like a lead lead weight. Finally, it’s all about your ass. You were wearing blue jeans. That’s a no no. Cotton is absolute shit when it comes to moisture. if you want to ride around in a cotton T-shirt, you can you shouldn’t but you can. But jeans are going to be miserable, especially when they get wet from either rain or sweat. Same things goes for your underwear. Cotton bad. You should be wearing motorcycles, specific pants and yes, underwear. Stitching matters because it equates to chaffing. Bicyclists have specific underwear that you can purchase relatively cheaply. If you are a hairy man, consider taking the old beard trimmer, pulling off the guard and shaving your ass and upper thighs and inner thighs and groin. Trust me, it helps. on that same note gold bond is your friend. Powdering your ass helps. Also do not be ashamed to pregame with some ibuprofen. You don’t look like an old man, but from an old man to a young man, there will be no judgment. I’m gonna be riding for more than four hours I pop two ibuprofen before I get on the bike.

I’ve owned heavy cruisers and done long distance road trips. Now, I wanted something light for some shorter distance motocamping just for the weekends now that my schedule is limited with a growing family. Just bought the KPX250 and I’m absolutely loving it. Yes I’ve had Japanese and American bikes and yes I think this will be a great/simple bike to maintain and enjoy.
