Thanks bro The x22r as in the venom 250 It’s definitely faster but the lifan quality is unmatched if u want 250cc I would look into the kpx250 by lifan

@baljooter i hear ya , there kpm 200 is solid as well. Joined a FB group for them quite a following in america. Also a folder of parts for that too. Not bad got a cruiser look to it cafe racer style. I dig it alot. I want some of these cheap Chinese bikes in the garage and then maybe 1 real bike like a 600 or 650. I even drove them ice bear mortorcyles there automatic but it was fun no lie. There 150cc version is cool I want to get my daughter the 50cc version to learn on. The price isn't bad at all either.

@baljooter venom motors has alot of stuff i want and im gonna need a bigger garage lol it's crazy. There kpr 200 is cool got a naked bike style going on. The kpm 200 and the kp mini 150. And they've got a cruiser that's cool too. I go and just look at the fuel injected ones. Idk how to mess with carbs. They've got nice ones on there even not lifan but there carb idk why it's 2024 why are companies doing carbs still don't get it. Like there venom z250 is really cool looking too.

I don’t mind carburetor it’s simple to work on and don’t need to hook up to a computer Probably for the cheaper bikes it’s more reliable and cost efficient to run carbs

You can see in my older videos I really abused mine offroad, everyday used it for ubereats The starter went out (tried fixing it I couldn’t it just wouldn’t work probably because of my lack of knowledge ) They sent me a new motor (the clutch blew within a couple miles because the gear shifter flew off it wasn’t tightened down) so I was stuck in 5th gear trying to make it back home I burned it Ordered a new clutch had someone install it they completely messed it up you pulled the clutch in and the bike would still roll forward by this point I was just tired of spending money on it and it not working so I gave up on fixing it

This is the second motor First one blew up at 12,700 miles (no problems beforehand ) So this second one is fairly new still gotta run up the mileage and see Check out my previous videos you’ll find more info

It’ll go higher but it takes a long time with no wind /full tucked I’ve hit 133 but trust me it was almost 2 miles of just straight pinning the throttle

I wear klim snowboarding gloves (battery powered heated) As long as my hands are warm I can ride 😂

It’s the software from the Sena to block wind noise that makes it sound like that I don’t like it either but I don’t know what to try that will work with my insta360

I’ve tried so many and they either don’t work or there’s too much wind noise The Sena has barely any wind noise but the muffling/grainy sound isn’t the best I’m just not sure what to try next.

Msc has a tune you have to take ur ecu out and send it to them to get it done I’m trying to find one local in ct that can tune it on the dyno for my exact application

I was always planning on keeping it 😂 that’s was just something I was thinking in the moment (because it took so long to fix) Did you know the Clx is discontinued by Cfmoto ??

That’s actually crazy so there is still no real fix for the gear indicator or cruise I thought Cfmoto had gotten a permanent fix that involved swapping a bunch of parts and adding some new ones ?

@@baljooter Yeah I'm disappointed that it was removed from the lineup! I actually tried to let them up-sell me into the 800NK but they didn't want my new 0.8 miles Heritage as a trade-in so I'll wait until Spring and see if the Cruise problem affects the 2023 as well.

Yeah I figured that out later I was like why did I remove this but this is a old video I never kept that dna air filter in I took it out after this video just ended up getting a new stock one

Without a tune I wouldn’t use (the filter) Definitely more air flow but that’s not really what the bike needs

@@baljooter I’ve had mine since 2018 and have zero issues with it. Plenty of power for me and oddly enough I get a lot of compliments for it. I always get asked if it’s a bike from the 70’s or 80’s.

Yeah I love the xsr it’s a cafe style mt07 I don’t regret my choice tho the Cfmoto has served me well let’s hope this new motor does the same

Most of my daily riding is highways it moves all over the lane but definitely be careful over bumps if you hold it too tight you will get speed wobble

What suspension adjustment setting are you using for the Front and Rear?

Rear I have it all the way soft Front I have it on the hard setting

I tried softening the front but it just makes the speed wobble worse so I hardened it The rear is all the way soft but it’s still pretty harsh

Dealer couldn’t find the issue they took the whole motor apart

The 14r is sick dude and definitely the clone isn’t the same

Yeah I ride my bikes year round the miles pile up quick There’s no mileage limit on Cfmoto warranty it was a lot of back and forth to get them to cover it ( oil receipts etc) And yes I have to break it in again

Unfortunately I tried they said they are not allowed to deal with customers directly they referred me back to the dealer and discuss with them

True but atleast I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for anything I’ll give them that I ride all year tho as long as roads are dry but yes the best riding season is almost over

Yeah I won’t give up on it it’s true all brands have their issues a lot more testing is needed on these bikes to change the narrative of “cheap Chinese”

@@dcmphoto7437 Suzuki and Kawasaki also I have never seen them replace a engine 😳 parts and pieces at best. CFMOTO is looking better every day.

@@UltimateTurbo214 Especially the newer 450 engine CF bikes. If you get a chance, ride a 450SS or NK.
