Established in 1925 we are the oldest pleating company in the United Kingdom. We are a family-owned business run by the Weinert family for the last 3 generations.
We pleat fabric for our customers and have a range of over 300 different styles and sizes of pleating to choose from. This channel shows some of the interesting work we do and how we make the card moulds to help us achieve this.

When a mold is on its last legs, can you pleat a new one, by putting kraft paper in it, and steaming the paper?
My first accordion pleat mold is on its last legs, but I got some purple mylar ones done, today!

Is it possible to pleat natural fibers?
yes absolutely but the pleating won't be permanent. Polyester and other plastics can be pleated and washed, but natural fibres need a specialist dry cleaner
