      Hi Maniam! Hmm I’ve never used Ragi flour before so I’m not sure if it would work. However I would suggest halving the recipe and testing it. Thanks mate for the perfect recipe. Super simple and soft. I Tried the batter type but too hard to keep the same thickness all over and the other dough ones that you have to leave for an hour to rest etc. If I make several batches in one go how do I go about storing them and bringing them back to life. Do I roll them and place paper in between them and then freeze or cook/half cook them then freeze? How long will they last? What is the best way to reheat them after freezing ? Appreciate your time.

    • @AllThingsFood
      @AllThingsFood 28 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi Nigelin! So this happens from time to time, things like where you are in the world, time or day and humidity can affect the dough. I suggest adding in a tablespoon of flour at a time to the mixture and try kneading it again. Slowly add more flour if necessary but don’t overdo it. Please let me know if this helps!!
