- On todays episode we will be making a confit garlic & rosemary focaccia. This has become such a go to bread recipe for soups and sandwiches in our house. Definitely give this one a try.

🍴Ingredients;
2 Cups / 470ml Warm Water
4 cups / 500g Flour
1 Tsp / 4g Yeast
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. Olive Olive - Will need more to coat the dough
1 Bunch Rosemary
1 Tsp Flaky Sea Salt
🧄Garlic Confit
2 to 3 Bulbs Garlic
1 Cup Olive Oil
