Maybe I'm alone here, but I just think we need to do a better job looking out for some of the places we choose to visit (or not to visit). Jeep Wrangler Camping Build with a Kitchen, 2 Beds and Closet
It's a $1000 basic leather shirt...made in India. Hard pass for me. Something I'd want if it was US/EU made...but not India.
Ordered one about 3 months ago. Works well. Only issue i have is i cannot find the extra battery pack for it anywhere. Im getting a little pissed ax i bought this with expansion in mind.
You can always get a standalone 12v lifepo4 battery for expansion. I got one for $130 with Bluetooth. Ring terminals or battery clamps to the battery and xt60 into the power station for about $20. $50 for a 20 amp charger. More than double your capacity for about $200. Hope this helps.
To be fair, Huckberry's Flint & Tinder isn't really an iconic brand, it's barely a decade old. Doesn't mean they can't have good products though. 🙂
Ah I see what you mean, yeah they’ve been crushing it
Classic & original are different boots, not to be used interchangeably
Great videography and beautiful fall colors.! Great background music. They say more than words can describe.
Thanks so much!
This is the 2nd video of your video's that I have seen. I don't really know why I watched it since I have had an Aeropress for a few years. I don't do the inverted method but my son does. He thinks it is better. A year ago, he bought me a new Aeropress Flow Control screw on filter cap that has a valve in it. The new cap lets my coffee steep by containing it before I press. I let it steep for about a minute. It works great. I find I have to press with less force than before and even leaves a brown froth on the top of the coffee. I agree with your opinion that an Aeropress brews a better cup of coffee. When I first got my Aeropress, as a present from my son, we did a taste test comparison. We used the same coffee but brewed a cup with the Aeropress, a cup with a cone filter, and a few cups with a Mr. Coffee machine. The same coffee tastes completely different with the 3 ways of brewing it. Aeropress was way better. By the way, I use my old aluminum percolator coffee pot with the percolator to heat my water. But I heat it over my Coleman camping stove.
You and your son have great taste in coffee ☕️ I may have to try out the Flow Control filter cap, im intrigued! I have mixed feelings on the stanley percolator shown in the video. I bought it for making coffee for bigger camping groups, but so many grounds get into the chamber it’s unusable. I gotta fix it in 2025 haha
I just found your channel. It was a very informative video. You have done a great job getting your Wrangler setup. I found a couple of new tips that I will try out on my Wrangler. I won't be doing a seat delete though. There are too many times that my wife and I go places with another couple so I need seating for 4. I don't want a roof top tent. I have a roof rack that I haul a tent and all my sleeping gear and clothes on inside a Roof Bag. I use the tent when camping/hunting for an extended period of time, like up to 2 weeks, in one spot. I have slept in the Jeep both alone and with my wife on overnighters. That negates adding the sliding drawer system but I really like the idea and convenience of it. I don't have a refrigerator. I do have a couple of coolers that I take with me on the longer camping trips. I use several 1 gallon milk jugs filled with water and frozen for my cooling source plus it give me extra drinking water when they thaw. My 2 burner Coleman stove fits nicely on my rear door table for cooking on my overnight trips. I bring 2 one pound Fuel Keg propane bottles on longer trips. They are refillable from my 20 pound propane bottle from my patio heater at home. It is way cheaper than buying throw away propane bottles. You didn't mention a toilet. I have been using a 5 gallon bucket with a bag and toilet seat on it but it takes up a lot of room. I just bought a Rhino USA collapsible XL toilet. That should save a ton of space. I also use a 7 gallon Reliance Aqua-Tainer water jug for my long trips otherwise I just bring along a gallon or two of water. It is amazing what we can cram in a Wrangler. I subscribed. I look forward to seeing more of your videos.
I got The Rustic Brown in the 587, but I'm just ordered them I think I'm going to like the bulkier heavier look for the lug boots, I can't wait to get them, had I did more research I probably would have got my rustic Brown pair in the lug also
Ah nice! Yeah let me know what you think, I literally have a tab open with those on my computer cause I’m considering them next haha
@mattzefi I received them, guickly off Amazon,,love the The Rustic black, they looks almost grayish, they are wider, however the insert in them is thicker than the insert in my 587,,the 587s came with an extra insert spacer, the lugs did not,, their very comfortable, which still gives them the same snug fit, and it gives a more Hefty look without a Hefty feel,, and the Lug is not a Heavy at all, if you decide to get them you will enjoy them,,its a very good-looking boot,,you won't be disappointed,, I might even consider getting the motorcycle boot which would be my third pair
This thing is great but the price is like everything else in life right now. But if you time it right you can definitely get it cheaper. I used the shopify app and the additional 10% off that websites usually give you in exchange for your info and got it for $346.00
Wow 346 is really solid! Nice, let me know what you think when you get it
@@mattzefi will do!! I should say the shopify store was lolo overland outfitting and that price was tax and shipping included
Hey dude! I must say your video is goals, and your aesthetic is fresh, clean, and classy!! About the app... My phone security HATES this app. Is it truly safe to download ? Thank you. Keep Rock'n
Thanks man I appreciate that! From my view, it’s safe to download. I’ve been using it for at least 2 to 3 years now
Woohoo! First comment. Keep up the good work Matt.
Ayeee! Thanks for watching and commenting! 🤝
The Grayl Geopress is awesome!! This year I stayed at a campground in the Pine Creek gorge of PA that had a well onsite that had ample clear water which I had intended on filtering with my Platypus gravity filter and use the GeoPress on the bike trail adventures. That water from the well actually tasted NASTY even after filtering so I went to the GeoPress and the water turned out very delicious afterwards. The GeoPress goes everywhere with me now and sometimes the Platypus too as long as the water is not contaminated with flavors or from a River after running through a few communities and lots of fertilized farm land!!
Woah that’s quite the ted testament for it. I love it! Take it on all my travels at this point
No I didn't watch the video but no
😂😂
Filson is lost. Heat straps is closer to being worth that $1000 but you get an actual jacket.
That’s sort of my thinking too!
What is your take on Alaskan flannel by them?
I’ll probably do a video on them down the line, but honestly, I really dig them. I think they’re durable, thicker than many of the competitors and of course I love the designs
Alaskan flannel is awesome, wish the whole jacket was lined in it. It’s like mole skin but maybe tougher.
Shacket😂😂
I had to 😂
Bluetti is love to see comparison. Just bought delta 2 max pro
Good suggestion, I’m gonna have to do that! Thanks for watching
Hey there I bought this jacket second hand this past summer and have been wearing it a ton this fall, here in the Sierra Mountains, California. Agree on all points, Medium fits my perfectly st 5'10" and 180#. Thanks for the review!
Out in the Sierras?! That sounds incredible, I’m quite jealous! Thanks for watching 🤝
Filson makes great items. I own a wool vest and wear it often when it's cold. This jacket looks really nice.
Right, they’ve got an awesome lineup. Ive gotta pick up one of their wool vests next!
I have several Filson's. I usually get them free from what ever project I am working on from my employer. Love them.
That's a sweet deal! Yeah they make some really solid stuff
I’ve watched a few Hudson jacket reviews and yours is by far the best when it comes to capturing the actual shade of the forest color. Looking to pick one up but can’t decide between tan and forest. 😅
Thanks! It’s a tough call. The ideal is both haha down the line. I bought them about a year apart. I think I prefer forest first though. Also most of them have pretty good return policies if you really can’t decide
@ Both is right haha, I’ve managed to snatch up a barely worn Flannel lined trucker from eBay in field tan so I’ll go for the forest with the Hudson.
@Timmicillo lets goooooo! Let me know what you think, that’s awesome
@@mattzefi Just got the Hudson and all your points in the video are spot on! It's a really good jacket but like you mentioned I do wish the sleeves were nylon or poly lined for easy slip on and off. The forest is lovely color in person. For reference I'm 6' 1 and 185 lbs, the medium fits perfectly with a light to medium weight sweater or flannel.
Hi great video! Where did you purchase the pull cover screen for your stuff in the rear?
Thank you! I got it custom cut off amazon, I have the link in my description to the one I got under "Blackout Shade"
That looks like an old PU sole failure not like the new TPU soles. My old PU workers would fail like that but were damn comfy. Almost my 5th decade wearing blunnies and no plans to stop, in style or not.
great video dude, would definitely love to receive some of these as a gifts😂🔥
Thank you! Here’s hoping!
Those pull-up attachments still scare me😆 but super portable, might have to try em!!💪🏼
Lol I know i know. Usually those standard hotel rooms have some solid metal door frames. Airbnbs in the middle of the woods, not so much!
Oooo just watched the Delta 2 Video and said to get this one... guess you already did lmao
Cant help myself my dude 😂😂😂
Compare it to the new one! I just ordered this one tho!
great video my dude!
Thanks homie! 🤙
You're doing a fantastic job! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
Plenty of paid sponsorship reviews out there, really glad yours isn’t.
Love your rig! Recently ordered my Delta 2 with extra battery and solar panels. The Amazon BF sales are amazing!
Thank you! And thanks for watching. That’s great to hear, hope you enjoy it!
Name of the jacket?
Filson waxed work jacket 🤙
@ Thank you, I just watched your Flint and Tinder Hudson jacket review, they both look great. How would you compare the two, do you prefer one or the other?
I appreciate you checking that out! They’re very very different and I love them both haha. I actually have a video coming out comparing the two so that’s funny you commented that. I find myself wearing both equally as much so I don’t know if I have a preference. I layer the Filson one because it’s boxier, and the F&T I usually don’tlayer.
"The focus was entirely on just capturing moments as they happened" I think you nailed it. Nicely done.
Really appreciate that, thank you!
Well done!
Thanks! and thanks for watching!
where was this camping spot? if you could tell me i would love to stay there!!!
I just bought one for my cpap machine when the power goes out. It was on sale for $399 on Amazon until 11/29/2024 I believe
Don't bother the solar panel in the pacific Northwest. There isn't enough sun.
Hahah might be better off using the eco flow alternator for the PNW!

some really nice shots in this video!

Ecoflow delta 2 solar panels but no cables to connect to power station it is funny and no body want to buy like this!11111
Are these true to size and what specific color are the lug boots? Thanks!
They are true to size and these are in Rustic Black. Thanks for watching 👍
A few things to consider for those who hammock camp. I have stopped sleeping in tents years again. I'm no beast by any means. But at 6'3" and 260lbs, my hammock is one of those expensive larger asymmetric ones. They generally don't fit most aftermarket stands. This stands will also hit you wallet close to $500.
Thanks for weighing in on this and for watching! Great points
Dude amazing. I’m from upstate NY and I’m trying to find some off roads to drive to
Your videos look so clean! I love it!!!!
Thank you!!
There's over 7000 satellites for Starlink out right now, with weekly launches. Their goal is 42,000 in the next few years. I'm not a fan of Elon, but the service is a game changer. The monthly charge can be suspended, so it's perfect for overlanding. Even in wooded areas, the signal is very good, with speeds up to 200 down. The new version is much smaller and can also be used while driving, I've seen people even keep them in their moon roofs or skylights. Personally, working remotely, I'd always choose anywhere coverage with the satellites.
It can't create something out of nothing.
💯💯
did you camp overnight at the beach? and did anyone bother you?
I didn't stay there overnight, I dont believe you can, but that beach is inside the campground so it's really easy to be close to it.
I don’t regret getting mine. It’s made a difference in a lot of places. I want to get starlink as well though.
Agreed - definitely don’t regret mine either. Starlink is probably in the future at some point!
