Reading Acotar, the first one, only in the 15%. Also, I listen to the same audiobook as you that has sooo many voices/sound effects. I can't lie about this: I ship Lucien/Tamlin, they eat all their meals together, and Lucien always jokes with things that Tamlin does. 😆 I don't care, I ship it 🛳⛵

I can never get past her "stefan I love you" bomb after just TWO INTERACTIONS 😭✋ like sis what the hell let's pause for a lil bit yall JUST met and somehow already kissed twice and she's all " I love you and it doesn't matter if you can't say it back rn ill say it for the both of us 🥵🤨". maam when I tell you I cringed so hard 😭😂 and her finding stefan scene was the same replica of twilight when they realise their love interest is actually a murderous monster and casually throw themselves at him ignoring all the glaring red flags 💀💀

I didn't read the book series but listened to the audiobook. And I tell you girl, your voice is more enjoying to hear than the audiobook. Thank you very much.. ❤❤

I love the red queen book but I sadly didn't finish the second book, tbh I don't even remember why it was so long ago. What I like is the uniqueness of the plot about sliver vs reds and that everyone has different abilitys and social ranking. I also love reading books with kings and queens. Overall this book has alot of what I like to read. I have read this book twice and I still love it. Maybe in the future I could finish the series.

Spoilers ahead, read only if you have read the book. I have read it months ago. It is the worst fantasy novel I ever read. First of all: The people seem like being dummy (eg: when riding a horse and you are 2 metres above the ground you use a saddle, and you don't use it when riding a dragon, and you are flying, and the results are guess what: riders fall too many times, it makes no sense.), why is it allowed and promoted to kill your classmates in the school? I mean since riders are needed for the military why promote killing them? Secondly: the protagonist is supposed to be 20 years old, but acts like she is 16-17, (she is immature). Thirdly: There is no main plot, besides the romance and the days in the school there is nothing else, no central villain, no conflict nothing. Even if you consider the Venin to be the villains the book does not give a motivation for their actions so you cannot be convinced that they are the villains. Finally: Why is it needed to describe the process of dragon reproduction, I mean how two distinct dragons feel when they reproduce. None asked for a dragon-porn. I am glad that I read this book though, it motivated write my own story that i have developed for years in a fantasy novel (i am editing the first draft now). Because now I know my story will not be worse, cannot be any worse.

You got to read Stefan's diary books they're way better and they're actually about the TV show

I don't like fairy fantasy stories but unfortunately they have such a good plot and love story so i can't not just read them

People like different books and I do enjoy clean romance but also steamy romance. I liked The Do Over better than Better Than the Movies from Lynn Painter honestly. I just finished Half a Soul, Dune book 1, Practice Makes Perfect, and Covet. I started Winter from the Lunar Chronicles and Court from the Crave series. Do you read through Libby or Hoopla?

I've definitely been feeling super picky too! But oddly enough I got through Priory of the Orange Tree and I really, really liked it! I also was following Lore Olympus for awhile, but got distracted. I really love Age of Arrogance on webtoons right now, but it's not completed, so the weekly wait is lame 😅

'Alternate' my neck. ALL three 'alternate' epilogues read like literal continuations. They don't CHANGE anything from the official series. So yeah, they're canon to me lol.

i get what youre saying about when theyre at the inn she doesnt give a second thought to Apollo, but i think its because her heart still remembers Jacks. At the start of the book somewhere im sure it says something about her heart hurting and thats what i think throughout the whole book - her heart always remembers Jacks 😭

I loved the tv series also. I haven’t read the books but I actually started this series called Crave that reminds me of The Vampire Diaries series and it’s addictive but it’s ridiculously. You should read it, they have a full cast audiobook for the first two books so far pretty good.

Agree that Kanthony is my favorite and Season 2 was the best. However, Season 3 wastes the characters. The whole point of their Season 2 arc was that they would be Viscount and Viscountess, joyfully combining duty with a love marriage. Instead, Violet runs the household etc. and Kanthony is off on extended honeymoon. Season 3 relegated them to making an heir, but I got to see Penelope and Colin's baby instead. Functionally, going to India is no different than Anthony's plan to run away with Siena to the Continent, so didn't he just marry her?

I am in love with this show idc if it's a kids show although my sister doesn't like that I watch Miraculous I still watch it the fights are very interesting to watch and the amount of funny scenes that there is in it makes it even better

Stahp, the way I used to have issues reading about characters in their twenties cuz I couldn’t get my head wrapped around being that age and now if a character is a teen, I just choose to place them in their twenties cuz I canNOT

Girl same, I read the first years ago and though there were elements I liked, the romance felt so juvenile as did the main cast, like a middle school romance thrown into fantasy 😭 I’ve seen the series blow up over the years and am in your boat: do I give it another chance or nah? From the comments, I may just not which sucks cuz I’ve seen such good fan art 😮‍💨

Polin is my favourite Bridgerton couple. I agree too many other storylines taking away the spotlight of the main couple. They need to make up for it in Season 4 with alot more romantic/intimate moments between Polin.

I fully agree 100 percent! Season 3 lacks the supposedly 'Polin' moment. It was stolen from us. I hate what they did with them. Season 1 and 2 were chefs kiss. But 3, idek by now 😢

I agree with you on all of it! I felt like it was no longer the typical Bridgeton romance show with the focus on a single couple. They tried to do way too much too fast with way too many people and side plots. Not interesting! I'm excited for the next season to be Benedict, fingers crossed they don't mess it up!
