the one thing i disagree with is the level gating of the map. If there are no defenders of the One Tamriel update in ESO, then i am dead. I can't stand level gating. If i wanna go to the other edge of the map right after i leave the starting area, i wanna be able to do it, I don't wanna have to grind just so i can visit another place. A compromise would be to level-gate dungeons but not the overworld, or you could have a suggested level for each individual quest and there's quests of every suggested level everywhere, especially in cities you should be able to find some quests to do regardless of which level you are.

Morrowind easily had the most build variety, declining with each game after. Majority of the perks in Skyrim don't even do anything. Oblivion was the game that took level scaling too far. In Skyrim only certain enemies scale while Morrowind has many set level NPCs. Quest reward / items didn't level in Morrowind. If you knew where to go. You could get good stuff while Skyrim punished you for doing quests early.

I agree that I'd like some more differentiation between characters created, but I think I'd prefer the birthsign or class system from Oblivion and earlier games, rather than it just being race like Skyrim. Like you mentioned, it's nice to have incentives to try other races like Argonian, but it does suck when you want to make a character of one race and none of the stats make sense for your play type. Birthsigns was a great compromise there IMO, and something reminiscent of S.P.E.C.I.A.L gives more flexibility.

SNES rainbow road actually is possible. If you look at the background youre not actually in space and theres nothing else (like glider or antigrav) stopping you from driving it.

You can drive on every track because they have a propeller so you can go underwater in reality. You can do that flying wheel kart thing when there are sides that put fire for it to float

I'm not trying to be rude but some race cars have enough down force to drive upside down

Well cars in water could be possible.. cause EV cars exist. Use one of those and properly seal up the car so water can't get in the electronics then bam thats pretty much it
