Mario kart sweats either love or hate you for putting cheeseland in F tier since It it the best “bagging” track in the game. (For those who don’t know what bagging is, it’s when you slow down and collect items and coins at the beginning of the track, then plan a comeback for later. Since cheeseland has the most shortcuts out of all the tracks in the game, it is the best bagging track)

I would argue that donut plains 3 is possible with a snorkel setup (yes that is a thing. Some Serious off-road cars have snorkels which allow the engine to still get the air it needs to keep running

"The track's [Baby Park] at a slight angle" It looks like a 45 degree angle, _maybe_ 30. The steepest residential street in the world (Baldwin Street in New Zealand) is at a 16 degree angle. No way a car is going up that hill, even with a boost from going down it.
