The track condition appears to be able to support much higher speeds than these, yet it needs to be isolated from pedestrians, it needs to have high fences on either side so none is trespassing instead of this situation where the track isused as a walking treks or even marketplaces.

This can't be the best in Nigeria. What about Bonny island in niger Delta, uyo, port Harcourt, Abuja, lakowe golf estate in Lagos and many more. Take your time to explore every state in Nigeria, you will see similar or more beautiful breathtaking environment.

These people got used to trains not working for more that 15 years, and all of a sudden, trains started working again. I believe it takes some getting used to. This is the people angle, that is often overlooked. More so, some tracks just got constructed in populated areas, that did not have rails in the past. People must be educated on how to be safe around trains.
