Hello Sir, I have a very tired G16A 8-valve carbureted engine in a 2-door Vitara (Sidekick) with a manual transmission. Since I will need to spend money servicing it, I would like to know the best option for replacing it with a more powerful EFI engine, etc. This car will be used as a daily driver. In my mind, the J20 is one option, likely because it's available here with newer Vitaras. Thank you.

Hey would this fix my problem on my samurai. The other day my samurai stopped driving. The engine still runs normal and the transmission still shifts through the gears but I saw the drive shaft is not moving when in gear. I know its not the transfer case cause I already replaced that bushing and can still shift through the transfer case.

If I am running your turbo kit can I just use the jeep steering pump and detach the reservoir and add a hose to it to relocate it or will I need a complete different steering pump? Looking to use the jeep pump with the Astro box. Thank you again.

I’m not sure if this is my issue but if you could clarify that would be great. My engine starts and runs like normal and my transmission is shifting into each gear but when I go into gear the drive shaft is not moving. Is this going to fix my issue?
