Way to get er done Jason! As far as the raised bed gardening, we bought 3 raised bed metal panels and put them together to make 4'x8x3' deep. Each set on crushed rock, With black garden cloth on crushed rock, a d 3/4 fill with dead leaves and dead brush. This spring we will top off with dirt and manure. Leaves and brush and dead plants will help with nutrients for soil. Black cloth helps to keep soil from leaching through crushed rock. We will put a fence around garden to keep deer out! I wish I could send y'all a picture.... Dan
At the printing plant (where I retired from last year, still involved with them) we used Koger Air in Martinsville for our blower repairs. We have 5 blowers of various sizes. They can build, repair and balance blower fans. Great peope to deal with. Nice job on the video!
I understood your explanation perfectly, Jason. A log coming off during sawing could ruin your day/week/month. I don't raise much anymore but my raised beds are 4-8ft 2x6 pt boards. I put newspaper under the soil when I built them and add organic matter each year. To keep the deer out I plant a marigold in each corner. That seems to do the job. Bill
We get our blowers balanced once a year just from wood and whatever flying through there it takes steel off the blade inside and throws it out of balance Awesome quick repair u gotta do what you gotta do buddy
good video and job we gave up on garden here deer are so bad electric fence would not keep them out. when we had dogs they would keep them out there are to many houses now to let dogs run free.. every thing is breaking down here the newest breaks down a lot worse than old. take cate, be safe and well.
No garden here due to the deer. My back door is 30yds from the Ouachita National Forest, heavily populated with wildlife.
Thanks for a great video!
You definitely would be feeding the wildlife. Thanks for watching!
@@nicholssawmillandmore...Yes. My neighbor 100yds from me tried to grow a garden but gave up after 3 years.

Thanks Bill for the suggestion. I’ve never heard of planting marigolds.

I thought you hit metal at first saw milling is a tough living kinda like farming you have to love it because the market doesn’t show much love 😄
That’s for sure!
I notice that the cable pully at the back of the trolley has a pretty good wobble at times.
Very keen eye. It does for sure.
