I live in Davao. It's not my cup of tea. Pollution, traffic....crazy. And expensive.... Give me the provinces and self sufficient living anyday. We are still looking for the right offgrid property to buy.

I wouldnt trust anyone selling an investment . This people make money first and you get the crumbs and leftovers

I worked for a very large brokerage house in Germany in the early ´90´s. We had an in-house trading floor with access to the exchanges just like the banks. The Company appeared very respectful, had all the best marketing tools [i.e. high gloss 10 page brochure, accreditation, etc] with high net worth clients spread around Western Europe. The 60 to 65 strong sales department operated in a telesales fashion. Ethics was just a word in the dictionary. The Company made it´s money on the management fee side [siphoned good money away] and the investment money was literally bunged into the market in hope. I left after 10 weeks. Three years later, the Company was raided by the fraud squad. I believe the partners had absconded just before. No doubt it´s good to get Annie educated in these matters and I´m sure in the long run she´ll benefit from the information she´ll gain. From my experience [I´ve been investing for myself since 2008] these "Quick-Rich" schemes with bots running the show don´t work. In the markets you´re competing with the banks, hedge funds etc who have much better algorithms, more experience, and greater resources. It´s the money Olympics. If someone says he can double your money in 2 weeks, 2 months or two years, ask him for his trading log so he can prove it. If he can´t walk away. Wishing you both the best.

I agree with you Garry when you say. "If something seems to good to be true, it probably is." Strange how all these schemes are asking for the same amount of 15k investment. A fool and his money 💰 💰 are easily parted. Beware!! Thanks for sharing..

It is too good to be true when taliking about money.. be very careful, its sounds like a scam alright! I would never entertain this. In general when they are talking about money😮😮😮

Probably only about 10% of the cars are fully owned. It's so easy, and relatively cheap, to buy a car with all the loans available now. Having a car is a status symbol here. Rather than take a jeepney or tricycle people would rather drive their cars, even if it is only a short journey.

How naive. Who in their right mind would marry someone after three months, then compound the problem by buying a plot of residential land to the tune of 3.5mil. Maybe he´s someone with reduced psychological faculties.

If he bought land in Puan, chances are it is in a sub-division. Overpriced to begin with. Only chance of selling that is at a very reduced rate. Probably used his dick for the thought process about coming here, rather than his brain.
