Oh my god this is FABULOUS !!!! It reminds me my 8 years old playing this with my father during whole evenings, switching cars, watching the tiny differences of behavior, of sound… We had only 4 different cars but what a PURE JOY THAT WAS… My father was very difficult to share moments with him you know, so I was appreciating even more… I’m gonna search on the net what was my slot cars/track model. But it was exactly same car size than yours EDIT: I had a TYCO track (440?), I remember the barriers I had to clip all along the turns… Yellow barriers if I’m not mistaken I had 2 Formula 1, one Renault (white and yellow with a nice rear wing) the other one I don’t remember, and 2 buggy’s, especially one I loved a lot, the black Aero Hopper… It was futuristic 😊

Great video! May I ask if there should be a fuse or circuit breaker installed in the line before reaching the controller, or would the DiFalco DD505 be able to handle it whenever the AW power supply is turned to the full 24 volts?

I want a Nomad so bad but not an auto world. I wish afx made one but I can't find one. I'm not positive but I thought Tyco did a special short run off a set with two sweet looking Nomads with a Snap On theme. Would love to find those, if they even exist?

My cars get ran. They get scratched, so be it. I like cars that look good while racing not in a plastic package on the wall. To each his own. I guess there are collectors and drivers and collector/drivers. I've got 60 cars and each one is carefully chosen before I add it. Wonderful hobby for a 60 year old. Although I get plenty of strange looks when I tell people about it. 😂

Well done sir!! You can run a longer USB cable if you want to- mines a 25'er, and works fine. Now you add your racers names, you can even add small graphic touches to make it "yours"... for example, all my drivers are wearing helmets from Gran Turismo 6 and 7, instead of those weird Weeble-Wobble looking people, and you can add as many cars as you want.

That really seems to be a great system. Adds another dimension to a track, you always have a time to shoot for.
