Great report. The seats are the same old seats, just that they were re-upholstered. The cabin looks outdated compared to other newer cabins.

Could you explain why anyone would care whether an airplane has winglet or not? Like I just wanted to have an engine that works and pilots they're competent why would anyone care about whether or not it has a feature at the end of the wing?

It's nice to be on a flight like that with so many open seats. It makes everything more relaxing.

I flew down there in 22 and 23 and I'm headed down there in about a month Alaska every time but boy these clouds here almost looks like you're there during hurricane season. I was there in November and January and there was no clouds like this.

Great trip report. Was thinking of flying Alaska for the first time. I would have been flying from Washington DC to San Diego but noticed there are no movie/tv monitors in the seat backs. I’m used to Delta’s A320 or A321 Neo both of which make flying so much more enjoyable with the seat back monitors for movie or tv selections. Guess I’ll just stick with Delta.

EgyptAir is actually amazing. Yes I flew from Nairobi to Cairo and I loved it.

Not aure if I'm ready to board MAX yet given it's Deadly and unsafe history...oddly Alaska only had the doorissue and southwest never had any issues with it. Also alot of the flights I've done from Seattle to Vegas went thru either S or N gates and I think one of my Arizona flights did to

I have heard from some friends who have taken the PAL flight from Seattle to Manila and were not impressed with the plane condition and meals. It is sad that PAL has a bad review about the set conditions, entertainment systems outdated, and then the food quality. My wife and I want to take PAL on our next trip, but when compared to a few other airlines like EVA, KAL, Asiana, PAL cannot compete with their low prices and great service with food and entertainment systems. The only good choice for us using PAL is the direct flight to Manila and then connect to a PAL flight to Cebu. Comes down to $$$$$.

I just took this flight ✈️ last week and it was a full flight. I was in economy plus with my wife and 20 month old daughter. Economy plus it’s great but you can’t lift the arm rest 😅.
