Things don’t always go to plan… alone and the only campervan on site. I visit Westholme Farm Camping and Caravanning site which is located just over 3.5 miles from the A1M, just outside of Heighington, between Newton Aycliffe and Darlington in County Durham in the North East of England.
While I’m there, I take a wander into the lovely village of Heighington, check out the church and nip in for a swift pint into the George and Dragon pub.
On the way back, I call in at Kimberley and grab some breakfast in the cafe and pick up some essentials.
