After three weeks of practice, I have learned three songs on this guitar, but the sound is terrible. The strings buzz and mute, especially when I play a C chord. I requested a refund, but they did not take the guitar back. This experience confirms that it is a poor-quality instrument. I will be investing in a better guitar with the refund money.

So Louis is 32 at the moment. And he plays guitar and piano but isnt feeling good enough about it to play live. What i really like of Lou’s lyrics is that it is often free for interpretation. So it speaks to al lot of ppl. Caring only kills love a kiss wont bring it back is in my opinion related to each other. Even if you care it wont be always a solution a kiss wont bring the love back always. Like it is just not that simple sometimes and loving is not always enough when you dont know how - if that’s making any sense. Just found this reaction. Like to see if you have other Louis reactions. Think his new album is even better and more of himself showing. And the lyrics are just great…

Its great and unique for a starter taking lessons , ive seen guitars at pawnshops worth up to 4070 i can only imagine some thar are more of good quality.

You said the specs don't matter, then you followed that up with reasons the specs matter, Lol! "Sounds good, feels good the weight,thickness, scale length ect, ect"... (If you're the type of person that knows specs, you'll have a ballpark estimate weathr or not the guitar is for you or not) with out playing it. ..but I understand not everyone knows or keeps up with specs and they'll just have to play it in order to know if they'll like it. (You'll have to excuse my rant, I'm on the spectrum and sometimes I feel like I should point out pedantic things😂

'Fret Sprout' is NOT a problem .... I have 2 Rogue H S S guitars and one cheap 3-corner file removes any 'fret sprout' and keep them humidified in a case with 1/2 a wet sponge.

This reminds me of the Musician's Friend Rogue beginner steel string. But the Rogue is better constructed, with an adjustable truss rod, and non slotted headstock. I bought one several years ago for $40, and it's a pretty good, and playable, bottom of the barrel guitar, in the tradition of old Stellas, Harmonys, Kays, etc. One unusual feature is that it has a flat fingerboard like a classical, but makes it well suited for slide playing. They're about 000/classical sized and have reasonable volume and sound for blues fingerpicking. The first one I bought even had scalloped x bracing! They're weird and cheap, and have character. Probably better than Amazon's offering overall for not much more money.

I got one of these as my first guitar. Double the cost, the model number was altered and the brand sticker replaced with a Bristol one so it took a long time to find out what it was. Used to get high e stuck under the 9th fret and cut up my hand between 3 and 9, but I never fixed it and improved myself instead. After on-and-off practice for about 10 years I'm pretty good at the guitar.

I have absolutely cooked with this album on repeat. But I think what you are taking about with the delete button is correct, she knows how to give incredibly satisfying moments, but thematically an album about grief needs that dissatisfaction

I packed up the first act MG433 from a yard sale for 10$ which is their dreadnought model. I have to say it really sounds good with I good set of strings . It's no Taylor or Martin by a long shot but I got it sounding better then a epiphone of the same size

Just got this with your links. I've had Yamahas and Fenders, etc. I've played for 50 years, read music, play passably well at what I do know. I got rid of my guitars when I moved overseas. Got a uke, but they're not the same. I just want one to bang around on when the mood strikes, and I super appreciate your review. I think this fits the bill.

I know that you say you love it, but maybe react by telling us what about it makes you love if or feel certain things??

Lyrics give you all sorts of clues. He says, the day you walked away and took the higher ground, is the day that I became the man that I am now. Meaning that because they are gone he is had to grow up and realized many things. He says that these high walls came up short, couldn’t protect him. Uhm maybe cause am a fan of hers and I like weird sounding music and no offense when I say this but it kinda rubbed me off the wrong way when u kept saying:”I’m still waiting for the music to start.” Where is me who is like:”the…the music IS starting what is is he talking about??” I get that it’s your opinion and you can say such things but I had to be honest towards how I felt about the comment. Anyways I get it, this is like my 8th time hearing it and honestly it’s the lyrics the lyrics to me feel like she scattered them after mixing it in a blender I have a hard time understanding certain parts cause the way that lyrics are formed it sounds random chaotic which I like at the same time as I am iffy about it, im aware she talks of love and the formation structure of a ovule seed that comes from a flower but other than that’s all I can really go off if we’re talking lyrically but I would call it music cos I have listened to a lot of different genres of music these past few months and even tho it’s odd at times there’s still a melody yk?
