Welcome to my official TH-cam channel.
I am Anatolij Romanov, owner and founder of Fit In Performance. I have coached over 3000+ athletes in my coaching experience in person. My experience is based on group training, individual training and Strength & Conditioning Coach of Sport Teams. At the age of 24, I opened my very own gym along with my best friend and we strive to improve constantly with over 250 active members and 600 total members.
My content is based on improving health and fitness, enjoying while doing so and teaching you on how to chase your dream and accomplish your goals through my experience (+ some crazy challenges and broken records).

Well, that went honestly pretty well. With how I felt these previous days, the sore throat and a little bit of fever, I can definitely say that I am pretty satisfied with the time, but definitely job not finished !
I finished the exercises and the run in 53:46 which is amazing, but moving from one exercise to another and a little rest, it ended up with 1 hour and 3 minutes. We can account that as the rox zone.
We got 25 days to go, still some things to improve, but now at least I know what to work on, where we can push more and where to preserve.

CrossFit is a methodology. Hyrox is a fitness race. Tough to compare them.
Technically yes, however we saw that “methodology” turned out this year in the championship, next year they might add some wrestling. Everything has risk to reward ratios, I think in crossfit the risks are much higher than hyrox, and they can add different things throughout the years.
@@coachromanov If we look at it from both sides I would agree that Hyrox has a very low barrier to entry. The workouts are doable for everyone. Where Crossfit is a methodology that involves varying levels of skill. I would also be careful in your language blanket stating how one year of the CrossFit games turned out because the methodology, and what goes on inside affiliates is VERY different than what goes on at the CrossFit games.
@@gjlake okay but still, it proves the point of methodology which is multiple techniques, when sometimes it’s taken too far. I understand your point, but still there are things that are ideal
@@coachromanov I think the good thing is you and I both agree that regardless of methodology people need to celebrate movement and their fitness to lead to longevity of life.

Ill be the CrossFitter to bite at the title ;) HYROX is technically just another CrossFit workout, like Murph or Fran. People will get bored of doing the same thing over and over. I wonder if the "HYROX" workout will change after a few years and what that will do to the community. Can't argue that its the new hot thing though..
@@harrymc523 Love your first sentence ! However, that is true yes, but it can easily be made with different exercises with that same structure of running alongside, and it can maybe have different names and people will rotate. Also I would like to mention that the workouts (the prep process) can be done with different tools, different variations which will target the same quality and similar movement patterns.
Agreed. Fellow CrossFitter here lol. I'm planning to do a HYROX as well! It's awesome! I think HYROX will only help CrossFit, not hurt it. But I always see them being two separate things, and personally I doubt HYROX will ever overtake CrossFit/The CrossFit Games season in terms of participation, sponsors, prize money, etc. Don't get me wrong, CrossFit has an uphill battle to fight right now. but I think ultimately CrossFit will prevail.

Huge respect for this video but the technique you used to measure the grip strength is false. In order for this test to be correct you need to sit and lay down your underarm on a table/surface in a 90 degrees flexion. Doing that helps to isolate only the forearm, while doing it on feet you might help with your general back strength and posture (physiotherapy student).
Thank you very much! Absolutely true, we have shoulder extension and swaying in this standing posture but we did it because other videos that did assess grip in the public did it like this too, that’s why.
Little tip for you: I wear my Watch Ultra 1 (Oct 2022) on the right wrist, but I keep the crown on the left side. No more issue with the action button. since the crown is “protected”, Siri was never woken up while doing pushups for example… Extras benefit: when using the Watch Ultra, your fingers won’t hide the screen. I wear it with the ocean band only. As for the battery, I charge it everyday before going to bed. Straight to the point video! Good stuff, Thanks!

I can’t fault the Ultra. Reliable, strong and durable. Had it 3 years and it gets used and abused. The Ultra 2 looks great but not worth the upgrade. I rely on my Watch more than my iPhone and can’t fault it. Ok , maybe a longer battery life but it’s not essential

Yes because it’s on my right arm, but still, I have talked to people that wear it on the left and the crown also activates during wrist activity like in a burpee or a push up. In my case is the action button
@@coachromanov interesting. I tried for a few weeks Apple Watch Ultra 2 in black but maaan, it's too much for a watch. So I'm back to Garmin Fenix 7 Pro Solar
I wear mine on my left and the action button doesn’t get pressed when I do push ups.
In general, a watch crown is meant to face the fingers, so the action button wouldn’t be an issue on the left arm either. Of course, you can wear it whatever way you like, but your style choice is the main reason why the action button is getting triggered.

Amazing video man! It's so great that you share your love for water. Swimming is such an amazing sport and it's lovely to see you enjoy it, keep going with these great videos. If it doesn't bother you, I'd like to give you a suggestion, a tip for the next videos: Basically, you could try inserting some comic and funny stuff... to give everyone a pinch of humor that, in the world of swimming, can never be missing. Now, I don't think much of it, but the first thing I could think of in your sport might be peeing in the water. Once, my uncle, who is a scuba diver, peed in his wetsuit during a long diving session and that moment was absolutely funny, he even wrote "I’m peeing" on a waterproof notebook during the session. He has always been telling me that there are 2 types of divers and swimmers: those who pee in the water and those who lie. I know it may sound strange as a request but, in my opinion, these are moments of happiness and carefree that always make everyone smile. I hope you like the idea and I hope you have a wonderful day!

The eSim was introduced with the Series 3, not with the Ultra. It has been a feature for many, many years now.
Maybe it’s my misunderstanding, but I guess because it was also the start of selling esim iphone’s so this was the first time I saw anyone use their watch everywhere without their phone which is pretty cool
The Apple Watch Series 3 with eSIM came out in autumn 2017, followed by the first eSIM-compatible iPhone (iPhone Xs) one year later, in 2018. So eSIM has been around „in the Apple universe“ since autumn 2017.

Hey! I was in the same dilemma when series 10 was launched. I bought ultra 1 refurbished and it has been a great decision. Go for it.
@@coachromanovno, you wouldnt! The Ultra 1 hat the s8 Chip, which is technically the Same as the s6, whis is from 2020…..
@@leagabler8503s8 is more powerful than the s6 in every way. I still agree though, I’d rather have a series 10 vs ultra 1.

These scales are terrible! Extremely high failure rate, lots of bugs. Withings used to make good products and be a good companies, but definitely no the case now. Avoid!!

@@davidrincon4264 It’s crazy. Bike is all about volume, it’s really your body adapting to that form of sitting, the positioning, your lower back and your man hood. This was my biggest mistake, trust me, go all out on the bike and good luck !
