- What is actually meal prep?
We are not always making our meals at home, or certain meals are eaten home and some are outside. What’s also interesting, is that you can easily manipulate the calories with each meal.
That’s our goal with this video, pick your meals, what’s easy and fast to do and that will be within your needs. Myself, I get my breakfast at home, I prepare 2 snacks and I eat my lunch outside and for the dinner it really depends, I am maintaining weight which is probably the easiest thing to do but I try to be around 2800-3300 Calories per day.
