Judas' name was never written in heaven because he never believed it was. We aren't born with salvation. We're born without it. Remember, the command was to rejoice that their names were written in heaven. Jesus did not say that their names were written, rather that they should rejoice because they were. It's a command to believe. But we know Judas didn't rejoice, and he didn't believe in Christ. So his name was not written. It's the same as if Jesus told Judas to trust him. It would not mean that Judas did trust him, because he didn't. "Have faith in me" is not the same as "you have faith in me". As for Rev 3:5, it simply means the conqueror-the "overcomer" (the true believer, see 1 John 5:5)-can be secure knowing their name will never be erased. It does not imply that names can be erased once added in. It means the exact opposite. That once a name is written, it will never be blotted out. This doctrine you're teaching is dangerous, because it can make people afraid that they can lose salvation, which means they aren't really believing that they are saved, and they aren't trusting in Jesus alone for their salvation.
