Hello any ideas about this topic: I married an American citizen in 2019 in my country. I came to USA in 02/26/2022. I have a green card for 10 years. My wife (ex) filed divorced in Sep 09 2024. I received a document where it says: Date marital or domestic partnership status ends Mar 12 2025. Can I still apply for my citizenship within the three years or I have to wait for five years?

Hello Audra, Season greetings, I am wondering if you can answer this question for me, I don't mind paying for the answer if that is necessary, My daughter lives in Florida with 2 young boys under 5, she is a single mom not married to the boys father, because of this she receives Medicaid from the government for herself and the boys,my question is if she is my sponsor will she loose the Medicaid for any or all of them, she is fully employed and makes enough money to be the sponsor, Thanks in advance.

My F4 priority date is Sept 2020. I-130 approved date was July 2022. Email received from NVC to pay IV fees Dec 2024. Is it worth it to pay such fees and wait for many years for the priority date to become current ? Or Is this a sign that our file is a strong file and visa is available in the near future ? Actually, post filing i-130 we had observed that the F4 India category cut off is 2006. By the time my child (8 years) ages out hence we do not have Green card hopes. Dec 2024- email from NVC put me in a situation. I applied for a Spousal Visa back in January 2024. In Thailand, and they don't want to interview both parties, just my wife who is appling. But we have waited for 12 months now and as yet no interview for my wife. We are using a law firm in Thailand to help us with the massive paperwork. Hopefully she will get her interview before too many changes come down to postpone it even more. But hearing you say both parties must be interviewed is one thing that Thailand does not do at USCIS when we applied. Of course that could change too,,,,,,,,,,,,
