- These interviews represent two different aspects of getting a green card! They will most likely be COMBINED.

Which is a more common request from the USCIS, the I-485 or the I-130 interview and are both partners (sponsor & beneficiary) required to attend each other’s interviews?
Hello . Hope you'll answer me .
My grandfather is the petionner .
My mom is the principal applicant, she is living in us , she's doing an adjustment of status there .
I want to know if she gets approved for teh Green card , how it's going to affect my case ? I am the additional applicant, and I'm living in Togo. We got documentarily Qualified 14 dec . Her I-485 have to be approved before i can expect some evolution in my case with consulate ?
Hi, I have a question, my I-485 was approved, but my I-130 still doesn't say anything, what could this mean?
This is a great example of how I do not fully trust the online case status updates. You should wait to get the paper approvals in the mail. The I-130 MUST be approved in order to approve the I-485.
how hard is it to have a person who already has a work permit on file in the us to get green card through marriage
