Hi Friends! I’m Lala, and welcome to my channel! I started this channel to document the turbo and fabrication process of my 1992 Foxbody (that I decided to Turbo in just 7 weeks, before MustangWeek2021!). I own Turbos and Tatas LLC , where I will be building another Fox to race and raise money for breast cancer research and other charities. I am so so so so excited to be partnering with @TREMECPerformance ! ever think about adding no lift shift? once I added that to my holley ecu its been a game changer.
I just feel like at the level I’m at I don’t need to no lift shift but I could be wrong
keep your hand on the shifter at all gear change when you get in high gear then you drive it with both hands on the steering wheel or lefle hand stay on steering wheel and right hand still on shifter that way you get a better feel of your car and shife point and you will get faster at shifing it like a pro/stocker driver.you did very good and i like your channel so i subscribed.
Working on breaking the habit, I plan to be more mindful of it next time

Your a rare gem of BW that have a enthusiasm behind building cars, reason why I subscribed, if you don't want to push the fox body is a smart Idea, is better you build the other car as your project so you will have a plan to what amount of power you trying to achieve, an is better you have a Transmission for that because a 1000hp plus car with a Dog box can be very aggressive. love from the Island

Check out the Hanlon Motorsports short throw shifter! That thing is a game changer, it has some strong springs in there to locate the shifter back to center and keep it from going back into first from second. Also, if you’re comfortable with it, try keeping your hand on the shifter between shifts so it’s easier to plan which direction your hand is going for the next shift. We all start somewhere! You’re doing great!
I think they were out when I inquired about one but you’re the second person to recommend them! When I actually went back and watched the footage I was so embarrassed 😂 that I was going back into first lmao 🤣 but now I’m more mindful . But it’s such a tough habit to break with me keeping my hand on the shifter, but I’ll try to be better about! Thanks Tess 🩵🩵🩵

Good job. Little tip..I hear the car dropping some rpms between shifts. Make sure you powershift that car and try not to let the rpms drop any. Be surprised how much it picks up. You are doing good!
Still working on it lol! It stinks I don’t get a lot of seat time in the car racing it , I only race it 2-3 times a year
@LalaFox92 That definitely makes it tough. I've raced everything from a blown alcohol dragster to now top sportsman. It takes time and it's not easy! I don't race much during these months between work and not wanting to go on 90 plus degree days. 🤣

Keep up the great work. The general rule of thumb is to not take your injectors above mid to high 80%
