First of all thank you for the review. What i think is, you did your research but didn't experience the program. It's not a "9 days weight loss program" please!🙏🏾 It's really really more than weight loss more than just cleansing, because it fixes a lot of other little and big problem like appetite disorder, metabolism rate, quality of sleep, energy level, acidity, etc and C9 is the first step. You have F15 beginner, F15 intermediate and F15 advanced (45 days F15 + the 9days of C9=54days in total) it's a long journey and we don't spend all the days eating only supplement. We eat healthy food and the supplements. You'll be amazed if you go all the way it's absolutely amazing. You'll also lose weight and look better than the one on classic diets really better and really healthier. I think we're not trying to save money but to save health instead. In few words, you should give it a try and talk from your experience

Hi Harry🤗 Im a new sub to ur channel & currently binge watching a few (40 ish) of ur vids So grateful this is not my story because from my 1st sw meeting where frylight & low fats mullers were pushed on me I knew it wasn't a diet for me as i am a cal gal which i later found out to be a very dirty word in sw comminty - I hated syns & had issues with 🥑🍌 & smoothies. The so called consultants didnt make sense so i never followed the plan. I did like the accountability & support in short burst so i joined for a few weeks & did my own thing but my losses were not as good as the other Sw members. My frustration was that i have changed so many bad habits for the better & constantly maintaining. 7 years later still at 1½ stone loss so my "after after" is not too shabby considering what i have seeen with the majority of sw members who have ended up fatter sicker & now 1 recently diagnosed with T2 diabetes!! & she's quite young too. Im not surprised at all as sw can be very carby & high in artifial sugars syrups poured on fruit pots jelly crystals frozen on grapes the list is endless. Because it's a low fat diet the members think it's healthy where i think the plan is a lot of bull which could be 100% better. Ive watched & followed some great Docs & nutritionists on utube plus a lot of "journeys" & finally found a way of eating i love by learning & pinching best bits from a few diets & nutritionists. Im happy to lose 1lb or main each week & eating what i like. I was so upset when Dr Moseley died as i learnt a lot & changed my diet for the better with his advice. I felt a bit strange being so down about someone i didn't now & selfish as i was thinking about myself aswell. Im a Christian & feel since his death ive found 3 really great accounts to follow Tonic Health on Insta & Autumn Bates plus Ur Good Self. My losses have started again & im finally getting good runs of 1-2lbs a week🙌🏾 I eat twice a day as can't fit in 3 meals due to fasting which i love & still cant believe i do every day. I enjoy my food more as my food nausea & the food noise of constantly thinking what to eat is reduced. I did like some things about SW the principle of eating as much veg & lean meat as i want only because i naturally dont eat enough of nutrient dense & protein rich foods. I agree that people need to empower themselves & the after after photos show the results aren't great. I used to be so impressed with the losses but years later the majority i watched have gained most of weight back & more. The foods they showed in what i ate were huge & tasteless imo & i dont think a lot of people were eating foods they truly really enjoyed. Looks like I'm following the new trend as interested in giving 121 coaching a go in future if i feel i need additional help. 🙏🏽 for ur channel loving what I'm hearing & maybe i will become a client if i feel the need but in the meantime I'm finally doing ok by myself. I'm on a mission to let my fave utube friends who are exhausted with Sw know about u & that there are other ways to lose weight & keep it off🤩 Keep Up the good work.

I have been slimming world for about 1.5 years and have lost 3 stone . Overall happy with diet and I think going group and chatting to people in similar situations helps. Plus I like our consultant she is quite down to earth . Plus she also talks about small wins and reminds us that the scale doesn't always show the actual truth. There is a lot of food I like on the diet so I don't find it restrictive I also had to do alot of work outside with my mindset , coping mechanisms and figuring out what works and making my own tweaks to the plan . I have tried calorie counting befoe and couldn't get it to work . I really think that different diets and plans work for each person . Plus addressing any underlying cause . Also workings on any stress and emotional health has a big impact. I think people forget about weight can also fluctuate especially for thoose who menstruate. Hi Just seen this in my feed & found it very interesting. I tried to do SW for about 6 months back in 2016. I couldn't get to grips with the low fat rubbish they advised syns & i thought the "consultants" knew about nutrition. Today ive just seen a so called ex sw consultant state how her boys love subways & also eat the adult portions. Subway sarnies were always considered the devils food & i thought it a bit rich but she was still say there with her dodgy chicken covered in sugar salad. A ton of women who do sw seem to buy a load of processed shite for their kids thay they dont eat at the time like some form of torture. You know its the 1st thing they binge on when the weight piles on. I am so glad i did sw as due to their plan i have found a good few docs & nutritionists who have provided some great info & will add u too my list. I was & still facinated by the big losses sw achieves but the weight goes back on or illness strikes. Ive not had the best loss in the world but my habits have changed for the better & ive clung on to my lil loss of 1½ stone. I need to lose a lot more & plan to "diet" May-Nov. I now try to maintain at best during winter which has worked for a couple of years. This is the 2nd time this week pre diabetes & sw members has been mentioned & im not surprised. I once jokingly said sw is a pre cursor for diabetes if ur not careful. I was quite shocked when i found out diabetes uk was partnering with them for a joint campaign. I now do a combination of a few diets plus macro count for 4 days to check protein fat & cal goals. I aim for 30 plant based a week. I Try to lose 1-2lb a week & to be happy with a lb as it shows im doing ok. I love fasting as im very sedentary at the mo. The most important thing ive learnt is that i do not need to shove a ton of f&v down my throat for every meal that i dont want or like that much. I struggle with healthy proteins as not too keen on beef & greek yog & i dont eat eggs & prawns but i enjoy the challenge of 20-30g a meal & watch my carbs. Thats about it really. Sorry for long comment but looking fwd to binge watching ur vlogs as the majority of peeps i watch are American & it would be nice to hear a British view point. A few men ive watched in the past are very loud & shouty where women seem to be an afterthought - i had to unfollow as my nerves couldn't take it😆🤣😂

Why torture myself ? .after 30 days I had my favourite chicken wings from my favourite restaurant... And when I stopped it like for a week and went for a 4day water fast then slowly reversed back my diet.. it felt much better mentally Also physically thank you so much coach .. and I feel sorry for myself I wasted a huge amount even it was for around 20 days 🥺

Hi Ive been to a few sw groups over the past 8 years & never heard a consultant say 1/3 protein for every meal ever. 1/3 speed yes which got on my nerves as i cook in a way that has correct veg portions in them & they still advocate adding more food as speed should be separate which isnt always necessary. My batch mince has 4-5 portions of "speed" a serving & that still wasnt good enuff. The food noise & confusion with SW is rife plus a lot of low syn foods are full of additives - i do my own thing but pay for group support May-Sept. I'm looking into trying 121 with a coach in future & no more paying to do SW or hearing about syns 🙌🏾 Harry's correct Before After & After After & the AA story is not that great.

I have tried Slimming World twice. Once about 15 years ago and once more recently. To me it makes no sense. The rules surrounding syns are odd and the focus on not eating any fat ( even advocados) is weird too. It's too carb driven and the sweeteners, Quark, ( 🤮) etc, weird recipes are just yuck. Everyone I know who has done it has gained it all back and more within a few months. Only think works for me is intermittant fasting and low carb, low sugar, ( no sweeteners tho) higher fat and protein. That's it.

The weird thing about calories / syns , was if a app told me I had to have to say 2000 cal to lose 2 pounds a week . I would be like …ooooo so if I only eat 1500 I should lose 3 pounds a week then be annoyed if I didn’t lol 😂 same with slimming world , I would challenge myself to not use any syns and just have “free foods” cos thought I would lose quicker. guess what would happen . I would end up burning out and having days of well I won’t track today then go mad and eat everything in sight . Is that common ?
