This has been very helpful. I have been getting results but not great ones and after watching your video I have realised that my technique is wrong. I was putting my tip on an angle and only getting a small amount of plasma onto the skin. I think I was also moving a little too quickly!

Hello I hope someone can help or give me advice. I have done my hyaluron pen course but I have a problem with the filler not going i to the skin. I follow all the steps and make sure that the ampule is filled to 15 and not all the way. I use hyaluron derm gel filler which is 0.22 and it is not thick. I have the gold and black pen. I am doing everything step by step like in the training but the product is not going into the skin. I feel sad and negative today because I have do e everything but nothing seems to work and I feel like I have wasted a lot of time and money. Do you have any advice or maybe a recommendation for cheek filler that I could use? I am just not getting any results and dint know if it might be the pen that is just not working 😭😭
