Is it really accelerates in 8.5 seconds in sport mode? Because it is said that is accerelating in 9.6 sec. Maybe the 9.6 seconds accerelation is for the normal mode.

Regen braking on OPD does not provide more power to the battery than driving with OPD off. Coasting on motorway journeys saves energy usage in the first place so you don’t use as much energy to start with. OPD in town can give you car sickness with stop/start driving too.

I have BYD Dolphin in Thailand and l only pay £12500 for the 44.9 KWH Battery version brand new. It’s a fabulous car at that price and l much prefer it to the MG4. Best of all l have 8 years warranty on car including the battery so definitely no worries for the next 8 years. My BYD Dealer is just 1km from my home and in 5 months and 1000km later l have only spent £10 to total the charge car to 100% So all in all it was a no brainer format buy the BYD Dolphin

It's a model 3 that has been made less aerodinamic & therefore less efficient, with less range, it's a step backwards compared to the model 3.

Have to say its close to the best $76k AUD I've ever spent. Bought a Seal Performance in April '24, right before the $5k price drop and have 16k kms on it now and its been great. A freak issue with the AC where the controls were unresponsive, but it fixed itself. Had similar issues on the BMW G20 that i replaced with the Seal, so no biggy. Its roomy, especially the back seat, quiet, fast, economical, reliable, well built and value for your money. Seriosuly thinking about the Sealion 7 once its launched here. Have been so happy ordered a Shark 6. BYD and the Chinese have their stuff together. Legacy makers have a lot to catch up on. And where are the worst things about the Seal?? Clickbait?

So many salient points missed, it's difficult to know where to start. I've pre-ordered one & - prices aside - I'm not much more informed than before.

Those performance figures are disappointing considering this is a “sporty” electric car. EV are normally far quicker than their petrol counterparts. Does look lovely though.

5:20 You forgot the main thing, Google is also the best at changing the user interface for no reason, hiding or deleting features, shutting down services without replacements, changing prices, and not providing proper customer or user support. The average car has a lifespan many times longer than the average phone or computer HW, and Google struggles with providing security updates for a lot of HW even in its core industries.

Yikes! I'm glad your not scoring me! I'd be 4/10. Well, my wife scores me 3/10, so the point would be appreciated. Love my used 2023 C40 Recharge Twin at $28! Wish it had a digital mirror since rear visibility is lacking. My biggest pet peeve is you push the shifter forward for R and pull back for D. I have to stop and think each time.
