trying to work out how Alpine has handled the youtube media....all the smaller youtubers gettign the jump on the large ones....good policy to spread the cutting edge views amongst more content producers.....thanks for putting this together....

This is a Spanish channel. Prices and orders being taken in EU countries so I guess there is no embargo. Probably different for the UK where we are still waiting for official launch.
Those performance figures are disappointing considering this is a “sporty” electric car. EV are normally far quicker than their petrol counterparts. Does look lovely though.
5:20 You forgot the main thing, Google is also the best at changing the user interface for no reason, hiding or deleting features, shutting down services without replacements, changing prices, and not providing proper customer or user support. The average car has a lifespan many times longer than the average phone or computer HW, and Google struggles with providing security updates for a lot of HW even in its core industries.
@@TotallyElectric Great review tho, though also another small error in the stats on the screen, for the top-end model the acceleration was shown as 9.4s, which would make it the slowest of the bunch.
would it be worse than the old sub 4m city cars? like the polo/208/DS3 (hatchback) ? onthe other vids it seems equivalent , dunno if the A290 haveles rear space than the regular r5
What a strange presenter. Talks about "horse powers" (plural?) & "nano metres" & has more than a touch of the Smashie & Nicies about his whole demeanour. Hard to take it/ him seriously, as a result. So many salient points missed, it's difficult to know where to start. I've pre-ordered one & - prices aside - I'm not much more informed than before.

I think it’s more EV channels first which is good as they are more experienced with EV reviews plus not biased against them

I am not worried about that. google and car operators have clear contracts for this and many google services have been going for 20 years now.
