Nice build I do see the door panels are the same the only thing is you would have the hole from the crank which could be patched and just buy switches and all your wiring I had this idea but didn’t know they had this style door panel and was just trying to find a easier way of swapping over

So few builders in Florida offering cool modern Skillion roof designs like this. The slanted/curved driveway will help soften the hard edges of the roof and compliment it. Question, is your architect engineer in the family and not charging for every single change when the county had objections? like with the change for the power lines in? In Florida I find it hard to get a trusted engineer willing to work at reasonable rates on small owner builder projects.

How much battery inverter and solar do you need to run this minisplit? When i uzed my motorhome i had ro use a portable geni a 4500 i had. I have solar n all that but everyone said it would never run off solar n batteries but i hear now it does.

What 12v did you end up using for power since stated all the ones in the passenger side fuze box will not work? Because I watched the video but as a woman 😅it gets confusing.. because this design is different and beautiful although it reminds me of how we build in Nigeria.. so I don’t know much about insulation like you do.. am in Missouri and found out houses are insulated for the seasons..
