15:35. Pressure treated wood stairs the best. Not worth the trouble to go with concrete. Much cheaper, much faster.

Ended up doing concrete floating steps.

I dont understand the block delivery before the slab was poured.
The block needed to be moved onto the slab after it was poured, whereas they could have been placed there originally.

That was the plan. This build was at the peak of construction. Concrete crew canceled 4 times and Block was a 2 month wait and didn't want to take any chance in relaying block and not getting it.

What material and why are they dropping material before digging the foundation?

      What are you referring to?

At the beginning of the project before they did the foundation. They brought in additional fill material?

Are they just brining in more sand to build up the lot or is there more purpose to that?

Whats the cost for something like this?or a good estimate

I spent about 450 on just the house. I did alot of work myself which saved me about 100k

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. Waterfront property with a house like that on it for 450k is not bad at all, especially with the housing market. My only real hesitation to buy or build in Florida is the homeowner insurance premium issues i keep seeing.
