Thank you for posting this video. This home definitely needs some updates. That being said, if someone is willing to take on a fixer upper, this could be a viable option. It doesn't matter if someone pays $200K or $1 million for their home in The Villages...all owners have equal access to the amenities. And I believe the Paradise Rec Center on the Historic Side is going to be either completely remodeled or replaced with a brand new building. A couple of years ago I rented a manufactured home on the Historic Side for about 10 days as a test run. The home was completely remodeled indoors and was in A+ shape. If someone can spend $230K or more, you can buy an updated or mostly updated manufactured home. I would definitely consider buying a manufactured home in The Villages.
I'm not even 40 and when I heard about the villages I was like that kind of sounds like a dream for me even now LOL. I like living in a very quiet area without kids playing all day long because I work from home and that can be distracting with all the other things going on in a home that will distract you as well like getting deliveries, phone calls that are totally unrelated to work etc. Theres a lot of homes and spaced out pretty nicely but since its 55+ I know theres not going to be a lot of kids just ones visiting in the summer months when they are visiting grandparents and out of school. That's fine, I can work with that. I also love the taxes for obvious reasons and I think until I got really older I would e-bike around just to stay a tiny bit more active than driving golf carts around. Ride my e-bike til I feel like its not safe anymore then move over to the golf cart, I'd probably own an e-bike and golf cart even in the beginning though for the times I want to ride up to the grocery store and don't have enough room to put the groceries into a bike basket. But we're really splitting hairs with that one lol Just seems like a nice safe and great area to live in, I'm actually 39 still but I could picture myself living there right now without any problems. I'm pretty quiet these days and not much of a social butterfly like I was in my younger days. I could see myself making friends with guys that like sports, golf, do some home projects around the house or can help you with a project around the house and what else do you really need after that? When you get older you realize theres not enough hours in the day to begin with, so I don't need to hang out with you for hours and hours and hours either lol. Get a round in and catch a game few times a week what more could you ask for? Sounds like a real treat.
Thank you for watching! The villages has an 80/20 rule. 80% of the residents have to be 55 +. You could certainly buy a home here. Reach out if you ever need anything. 352-677-1080 thevillagesmlsteam@gmail.com
Most of the homes in the Villages clearly have been designed for a married couple, with lots of stuff, and with children and grandchildren expected to visit. There do not appear to be any homes for a single person (that just wants to play golf), with not a lot of stuff, and no children or grandchildren.
There are some 1 bed 1 bath homes in The Villages. Thank you for watching. Reach out if you ever need anything. 352-677-1080 thevillagesmlsteam@gmail.com
I wish they had a tiny home village at The Villages, a community of 1-person dwellings. I can afford a new tiny home and would love to have a place for it in the Villages that charged maybe $600-$800/month lot rent and came with access to the pools and golf courses. I wouldn't care if it was way out at the edge of the Villages properties. It could be very pretty like the tiny home villages in Austin or Tampa, or even South Carolina and Oregon, if designed well and maintained well. I would just like to stay in Florida but don't want a $250,000+ house, or a 2/2 mobile home. I need very little space and don't need a Florida room.
Thank you for watching! If you ever need anything in or outside of the villages, please do not hesitate to reach out. 352-677-1080 thevillagesmlsteam@gmail.com
No way I would live in a community like that even if I had the money to do so. I don't care for. Cliques gossip or nosey people. You can keep it. Florida is too crowded and i hate alligators.

I love the amount of space between homes! If it was updated I’d consider it!
Thank you for watching!
The yards are so big. Super nice.
