warning stay away from this resort. I have been an owner for over 30 years. I have paid off my two weeks that I own. They have asked me to upgrade and I told them I am at a place where I want to be and I do not need to upgrade anymore this year they sent me a letter in the mail for my maintenance fees. It is normally $1500 a year this year they are charging me $9000 that must be paid by February 1, 2024 or I cannot use the property. They are forcing me out because I do not want to upgrade anymore.
