It's not a pistol because of a short barrel; it's a short barreled rifle. Yeah, our gun laws are stupid. Right wingers purposely misinterpreting them aren't helping to fix the problem.

@sacrificialscience4405 I'm a left wing gun owner; so that's not the assumption I'm making. When I someone purposely misinterpreting gun law from a pro gun stance, I feel like we're all pretty safe in assuming that's coming from a right winger. By the same stroke of logic, whenever we see someone purposely misinterpreting gun laws from an anti-gun stance, that's almost always a left winger. Neither of these people are performing optimally to preserve gun ownership rights or create helpful gun control legislation.
It's a front for monitoring guns trafficking in hopes of finding more serious (actual) crime. Gives them free reasonable suspicion for traditionally unlawful searches, there is a reason why they are so (relatively) cheap and time-consuming to get.

It looks more like gun enforcement and limitations I'm from the u.k so I might be wrong, but can't a gun and guns and weapons (arms) be adequate for the purposes that would be good enough that with others to repeal a tyrannical force both internally and externally. If unduly limited or taxed that's a illegal law
We have a right to bear arms, but the arms we can have are limited by the National Firearms Act of 1934. The banned short barreled rifles and shotguns, banned full automatic weapons and silencers without a 200 dollar tax stamp. 200 dollars in 1934 was a lot of money and was fairly prohibitive due to the cost. Now it’s just a hindrance and 200 dollars wasted.

What makes a rifle a rifle and what makes a pistol a pistol
@@TxnyAve it can be complicated but basically a pistol doesn’t have a stock and has a barrel under 16 inches. A rifle can’t have a barrel under 16 inches overall length.

What light/holster are you running?
@@jay6920 I use a sticky holster for it. Usually I carry in my front pocket if the pocket will hold the 30.

Showed me *exactly* what I was curious about with no nonsense! For whatever reason, I like the little flush back up irons on the A1's.. if the recoil isn't vastly different, I'd just prefer to buy an A1, it's even cheaper!
I prefer the A3 just because it’s a little bit quieter suppressed. Both are great guns though.
I wonder if it can be modified to fit a billet upper or if there are some billet uppers that have that area mill spec

Can I ask what’s the numbers on that firearm . I know it’s a Girsan regard , but what’s the upc or model number ? I’d be interested in taking a look at one . I know I’m a little late to the party . I’ve seen them on line but they did not look that polished .
The model is a Regard MC. Doesn’t really have any denoting number specifying whether or not it’s the gold plated model or not on the gun.

That’s the best 9MM carbine on the market in my opinion. I bought mine because it’s lite and my wife can handle it like a Navy SEAL due to the minimum recoil. Many believe that shotguns are best for home protection in case of an invasion. False! I believe the CZ scorpion is the ultimate interior home protection firearm.
I fully agree! My wife is the same way. Give her a Scorpion or something similar and she turns in to John Wick. Haven’t had a chance to shoot the 3 plus yet, but may soon. Still hate that they stopped making the model that I’ve got.

I need to get into rifles…I like the modern style I’ve tried AR platform just haven’t been interested when I shoot them…when u shoot these what is your primary application??
I was the same way brother. Didn’t really get into long guns until a few years ago. We use them for 100 to 200 yards. Haven’t been able to shoot any further. There’s just something satisfying about repeatably ringing steel at 200 yards. Easy to do with a red dot too.

Do the 7.62x39 have a bit more recoil then a 5.56 nato? Looking to get one eventually after a 5.56 ar15
Not 100% percent sure. But I would expect to have less recoil

bro maybe make a comment saying "I'm using a different lower on this pistol than the one that came with the gun in its original configuration" that way you can have something to point to in court if the feds ever try to hold you accountable for what you said in this video. @@AlexLee-dc2vb I bought the upper as an upper only. Ran it on a pistol braced lower for my wife. She got some new 5.56 guns so I put her lower with a 300 upper and built a new lower with a pistol brace.

I didn't have wrist problems after I shot mine tbh. I have the 4". If I didn't want the recoil I had to grip it tighter which worked but made my palms sting. So you gotta pick which one you'd rather have I guess.
