You say something is stupid, but them provide no relevant information. Adding the stock makes it an SBR, not a pistol. So you yourself are incorrect. What was the point?
Because it has a brace, not a stock. Not hard to understand....
Pointless chambering a 3" barrel for that round, unless you like seeing half the unburnt powder flying out the barrel.
@@sv4996 not everything has to be practical.
@sacrificialscience4405 I also agree with that statement. Had a 7.5" AR "pistol", ballistics sucked, obnoxiously loud,. sent a fireball yds downrange. People next to me at the indoor range loooved it when I practiced triple taps. 😂
@ 🤣. Our 8.3 Bren is pretty obnoxious as well.
When he fired that thing the matrix broke. (same sound effect in the movie, nerds will know).
Excellent video on the Glock 30 gen 5 also like the great gun collection he has in the background 💯👍
Thank you very much! I really appreciate that and thank you for watching.
Hey. Do you know if you can run a Glock 21 gen 4 guide rod in the Gen 5 21? And be able to run a gen 3 or 4 threaded barrel in it? Im just curious cause there are only a couple options for a threaded barrel on the Gen 5 21. So i wondered if you run a gen 4 guide rod spring with a gen 4 barrel?
No, you can’t do either. The guide rod and spring are not compatible with the Gen 5 and neither is the barrel. You’ll need to find Gen 5 parts and those are very limited for the 21.
@@sacrificialscience4405 Thank you so much for taking time to answer another question. I went ahead a bought a KKM threaded barrel for my Gen 5 21. Guess il know if its any good in a couple months when it finally ships, lol.
@ no problem! KKM was the only company I could find as well and the wait time was crazy. Still haven’t bought one yet. Lol
Is there a noticeable difference in the gen 5 21 compared to the gen 4?
I’m not a fan of the finger grooves on the Gen 4. The Gen 5 trigger is a little better. Having left and right slide release is good too. As well as a redesigned recoil assembly that seems smoother
Mos version coming?
I wish I knew
I own the RIA 206 and a Taurus 85 Ultra lite titanium and a 856. I really like the RIA, but when compared to the Taurus it's not really a fair comparison. The Rock is a pretty good Budget revolver for the price, but I would say, save up $50 to $60 more and buy a Taurus. End of the day it's better quality and has better after market choices for Grips. The RIA is based off of the Colt Detective but only by looks and the grip frame. It's actually a budget copy of the Colt Mark III Lawman 357mag internally. I have a decent collection of revolvers, and I have Both a Colt Detective and a 2'' Colt Lawman Mark III Lawman. and can personally confirm the 206 is a budget clone of a mixture of both. BUT, if you really want to get a Really good quality RIA revolver, check out the RIA Alfa 3.0 or 3.1 in 357mag, this is a far superior Revolver Imported by RIA from the Czeck Republic. They carry a bigger price tag, but if you know where to look you can get one for a lot less than the average price.
I'm Left Handed and my Right Eye isn't Good so I've got a pair of Cheap Shooting Glasses I've Blacked out the Right Lens . I find if I try to shoot with both eyes open I start to see double after a while but if I close the Right Eye I get Tired quickly . By painting out the Right Lens I don't have either Problem .
Steel Case ammo for a 5.56 / .223 tends to be a Bad Idea , when I built my first AR 15 my neighbor had some Russian stuff and being the weekend it was all we could get to try it out .Grouped like a Shotgun ,wouldn't feed and some of them were to long for the magazine .I had to reseat and re crimp them to get them to feed. The next week we tried it again with some Win. White Box and the ones I had to rework. Jump forward about 6 years and I built another rifle so I decided to try some Russian Steel Case to see if it would work. Out of 3 rounds I had 3 I had to Drive out of the chamber . Both Rifles were .556 Nato ,the first was an M16A1 barrel from an M16 upgraded to the A2 Specs. the other was a New Barrel. I've also talked to a Gunsmith who had many people bring him rifles with Steel Case Russian Ammo Problems . The Lacquer coating on the Steel Case Ammo builds up in the Chamber and has to be Burned out . AK47 Barrels are made differently to handle the Lacquer .I don't remember the details on that. Also you can't Reload Steel Case Ammo .
So far I haven’t had any issues
Thx dud
Looks good!!
Thank you brother! Really appreciate you.
Beautiful build brother! 🔥🤘🏼
Thank you brother. Has been great so far.
Holy audio
I am really liking that setup I think Cobra Arms and I are going to do a left hand build. I hope you are having a great Christmas
@@ChrisFromThe740 thank you! I hope you guys had a great Christmas as well brother.
I think you’re the only person I’ve ever heard saying 45acp is hard to suppress.
What does it mean when a new mag won’t feed ?
For me, the HP22A was fine at the range, and it never jammed with the Remington Thunderbolts, Federal bulk ammo, and CCi standard velocity ammo. But I have used it LIGHTLY ands I would not recommend putting 1000's of rounds through it. It's just not built for that. In a serious situation, I'd trust the Taurus TX22, Federal Punch ammo, more than either of these. But otherwise, not surprising that the HP22A ran better than the PT22.
I do like the TX22’s as well. We’ve got 2 of them.
Hi, I would like to know if the Ria is the same size as the Taurus? I'm trying to find a holster but I can't find one for the Ria, but I can find one for the Taurus.
Very informative. Did you have to change / replace the bolt for left handed ejection or were all parts needed included in the rifle with just a configuration change? If replacement was needed, would you be able to provide the source for the part (s)? Thank you much!
All you do is flip the bolt the opposite way, close off the right ejection and open the left. No other parts needed and can be done with a 308 round
I was looking all over for someone to explain the safety/de-cocker mechanism in detail. THANK YOU!! I have an m9a4 on the way.
I was unsure when I got my first Beretta also. Hope you like yours as much as I do mine! And thank you for watching.
I got mine used for 216$ out the door neat little shooter.
My opinion... this is better than the SMG45 and the UMP45.
I’m a really big fan of it.
@@sacrificialscience4405 Yup. If you haven't already heard of it... Lingle Industries after market lower takes this thing to the next level. The Lingle is aluminum billet. I did the same with the 9mm. It allows AR trigger, pistol grip, and safety selector. For the 9mm they take Scorpion mags, and for the 45 its the UMP mags. For the 9mm theres also a version that takes Colt mags, and one for Glock mags, but the latter is the least aesthetically pleasing, IMO. I wish Stribog would import the TT version which is in 7.62x25. Either way these things are worth the cost!
If you're willing to carry apendix, my glock 30 sits in a JX tactical Fat Guy holster. It sits super low with no printing in just a shirt and jeans.
I picked up the Victory 22LR a year ago, I did have to send it in due to failing to eject and jamming. Got it back quickly and the Victory has run over 2k rounds with not one FTE or jam. Dead center accurate! I love it!! Have won many bowling matches at my club! Picked up Hive grips and installed a Eagle Claw extractor
@@edyoung6573 it’s really hard to beat either one of these 22’s.
What the- I thought this a single shot
@@Axofhasquit nope. Holds 7 in the mag, one in the tip up barrel.
I had the chance to buy this or the PC carbine in 9mm before they banned semi autos in NY. I wish I had bought this though my PC Carbine has been reliable as hell.
I'm a member of a cult?
🤣
Great reliability w/can review! I do wish the barrel was shorter. I have an AP5-P (Mp5k style) that I like, runs great & suppressed, folding brace. But I'd love to have a .45 / 10mm with a superior trigger. I do get that a longer barrel will suppress better than a shorter one. I don't want to give up compactness (length) or much recoil smoothness, though. How long is that gun without from butt to muzzle without the suppressor? Probably the same length as a rifle-cartrige SBR or rifle-cartrige bullpup.
It’s right at 26 inches with the stock open and collapsed. It would be better with a shorter barrel. I’m going to put a better trigger in mine very soon.
Ordered mine in 10mm should be here soon ill be buying better mags for it as well

Tighten up your support hand.
What's disturbing is how a vast majority of Americans have become lazy and cowards when it comes to taking care of a problem right at the beginning. They let sparks turn into wildfires and then they want to do something about it after the fire has spread and gotten a lot more destructive
This is titanium nitride coated, not gold. That is why the "gold" doesn't wear much.
Don’t bust my bubble man! Its gold! 🤣
@@sacrificialscience4405 😂🤣😂
What option do I pick for the muzzle ??
When I bought mine, about 10 years ago it was $325. my middle girl has since claimed it as hers. It came with only the wood bird head/Broomhandle. I use the HKS DS speed loaders with no trouble.
I purchased me one what are some great magazines to use for it ?
I only use factory Glock mags in my 45 Glocks.
I have the Taurus, but I would grab the Ruger only because it cost more and more well-known and if I happen to not like it, I will sell it so I can have extra money left over, but I hate how the Ruger looks and looks like some commy German made shit
You're so lucky to have a wife that loves guns and handle one like the IWI Carmel.
I’m very lucky!!
Is this worth the upgrade for my Gen 4?
I think so just for the MOS, ambi slide stop and trigger.
@ just picked up the Gen 5 yesterday and I love it. Still kept the Gen 4 because they’re discontinued and rare now
I live in California, so I'm stuck using the 17, 21SF, and 30SF, all Gen 3. Still, they're all good guns.
crush washer is on to time the a2 on the barrel.
I just wouldn’t put one on a pin and weld if you used a suppressor on it.
My only complaint is the heavy single-action trigger, 6 Lbs!
@@CAGraphics576 only on the first shot though. The rest are like butter
@@sacrificialscience4405 I haven't even taken it to the range yet, but I am talking about the SA trigger pull, not the DA, which is off my scale, but actually seams reasonable BTW, great review and thanks!
@ thank you! I read your first comment wrong. Now I am going to have to recheck my trigger pull when I get home.
I bought one a couple months back for 300.00. Now they are on sale for 230.00 and I picked up a second. It’s a good holographic. I’m hoping the second one is same as first. Works well with a magnifier. Looks good on rifle. Seems to be holding up just fine. These folks have a long road to get down to get out there and make a name. I hope they make it.
Same here. Hoping to see more innovation from them in the future.
Love my G21 Gen 5. I tossed a Trijicon SRO on it and it’s a total tack driver. Money well spent
Check out the heritage roscoe 38spl made by taurus its a beautiful old school style gun I've got one and love it
That is awesome Brother, looking forward to the range review
@@ChrisFromThe740 thank you brother. It turned out pretty good.
The mag rattle is the problem with rounds feeding. Tap mags to get the feed better. If no rattle is should be good to go.
