That is what you get when every kindergartner gets a trophy for the great 'research' they have done on i.e. 'the four seasons'. Such experiences change language, and America has been doing this to kids throughout the pre-school and regular school system for at least two generations. Americans decided to change their language on what is called doing research, giving everyone in the population the impression that just spending some time with the matter - on whatever level you happen to be at - is called 'doing research'. Changing language has consequences. It changes thoughts and it changes understanding.

Triple Killing of a King.

Some of the Bog bodies may have been tribal Chieftains or Kings indicated by the variety wounds they suffered before death. Both Linear A and Linear B have already been phonetically deciphered quite accurately a long time ago. They are both greek language syllabic scripts. To put it this way, we could compare it to Japanese hiragana and katakana syllabaries. Different characters from each syllabary representing the same syllabic phonetic value, even though some of the characters in Linear A gradually passed into Linear B. So the main problem kind of lies in understanding the meaning of the text in ancient greek interpretation terms so to speak. It requires an excellent command of ancient greek especially Homeric language, to be able to do so ( of course later on, the script passed from syllabic to alphabetic but it is the same Greek language). To give you an example of what is really going on with both Linear scripts in English language equivalence, let's say we have a script group of 4 characters (imagine 4 hiragana characters in a row) that represent the following phonetic group: A - NI - WA - TA. What you need to do in order to understand the meaning of the phrase, is convert the phonetic sequence A - NI - WA - TA to English language text, resulting in something like "I NEED WATER". That's how it works. By the way, people claiming that linear scripts are not greek language, make me smile to put it politely. It is as absurd as saying that if I write english text in arabic script having the same phonetic value, it is not English language anymore ...
