@brandonsabih5152 I read mix reviews about the food before I went so I really was not sure what to expect, I personally really enjoyed the food! I always found something to eat, the staff was always making sure we had what we needed, and there was always a variety so you won't go hungry that's for sure! There is also lots of nice restaurants near the marina if you want to switch it up one night and get out the hotel! Really good priced too!

@WahGwanTours love that! I haven't been to Tenerfie in many years but the canaries are always good for winter sun! I have not long got back from the Algarve, it was so lovely! We got pretty lucky with the weather too, would love to go back in summer ☀️

@tgun4928 Perfectly safe to go out by yourself, you will see police/army presence in the street but this is just a precaution. We went out quite a few times by ourselves, to the marina, shopping malls, restaurant's ect. Just be careful if you go off the main areas, and I only say that because as soon as they saw us they tried to overcharge us for everything! For example in the barber shop off the main street, the guy said one price and then after tried to say another price, so you need to be firm and stand your ground 😉

@lololilo1174 I think it was quite mixed, I never felt like there were too many guys compared to girls! It is a super fun place 🥰

@Sofiella they take you to the day parties only (the pink party and jungle party) you have to queue up in the lobby around 1430/15h for the transport. The queue was long but moved really quickly, its about a 5minute bus ride to the other resort. They bring you back as well after 🥳🇩🇴

@@theportlishlife Thank you for letting me know. Is it absolutely massive the hotel as in, a huge walk to get to the beach? It’s pretty rubbish that they don’t take you to the night parties as well as all the other Riu’s are situated together

@@Sofiella Honestly the hotel is really not that big compared to other resorts I have been to in DR and Mexico, I actually found it really manageable. My room was quite far away so of course sometimes in the heat if your at the beach you cant be bothered to walk back, but its really walkable and an easy lay out so you wont get lost! I agree I think they should also take you to the night parties, they do host night parties at the resort too but I saw at the other resorts the night parties was based in the party pool like the day parties!

@jaycie2213 we had no problems with the air conditioning in our room, it actually worked great! I heard some people had issues with the water leaking from the unit, but lucky for us, we were fine 🙂

Hi, El Beso is the adults only section, privilege have there own section which you can upgrade to, its a different colour wristband (and access anywhere on the resort) if you purchase the upgrade to be a privilege customer advantages are you have a butler, your dinner reservations are taken care of for you (so no logging on the app early morning to book restaurants) and high shelf alcohol. Privilege members can access anywhere on the resorts that includes the El Beso adults only section. (Only El Beso or privilege adults only customers can access this section) Anyone from any section can enter the Eden section on the resort.

@@theportlishlife just having a hard time deciding because only the Eden suite has a sea view I called about a privilege sea view none not even on the website 🙃

Hey! 👋Yes loads of other great things to do... Orange Bay Island- You can take a boat trip to Orange Bay Island (Also featured in this video) Other Boat trips- You also have the choice of other boat trips to Paradise island. There is Dolphin watching and plenty of water sports too! If you want to explore more of the culture I can recommend, Abu Tig Marina in El Gouna [20mins from hotel] a beautiful marina, with beautiful orange and red buildings near the marina. A lovely place for a walk and to explore! You also have Hurghada Marina [30mins taxi from hotel] lined with various restaurants of different cuisines (local and international), ice cream shops, and souvenir shops. If visiting here don't miss Sheraton street (the longest shopping street in Hurghada) The shops on Sheraton Street are for tourists, so prices in individual shops can vary greatly. Most stores don't have fixed prices, so be prepared to haggle. A well-known bazaar with fixed prices located here is Cleopatra. And lastly, the market in Dahar- Anyone visiting Hurghada should visit Dahar. It is the oldest and local part of the city and you can experience and see the real Egypt there. Enjoy your trip!!! ✈🌴
