This isn't the same as the ones fitted to my bike. I can't move the cable adapter because the grub screw is half inside the housing. This is a poor design.

Glad I’m not the only one having trouble with this @#£&* system. Servicing a friends bike which doesn’t have knurled adjusters and can only see half the grubscrew. Had to resort to wheel out and apply brakes to get pads closer. Will have a look at turning the barrel but not sure if that will make a difference as it seems it’s only basically a cable clamp.

That's not easy. But why are you calling it an "advanced" frog stand? You look like a regular frog to me. But good job nonetheless. I'm assuming we're going to see an "advanced" handstand video soon?
advanced because the elbows are locked. Basic is with the elbows bent in the program I am following. Have you tried the app Calistree? Thanks for the comment! Handstand video soon!

Did you find your shoulder pain was being caused by a lack of thoracic mobility?
Also. I think it is a combination of many factors, like our shoulder join is composed by many parts working together

For me the author’s publication is very meaningful.presenting how complex poses and manoeuvres become accessible for commoner that are not of a professional background. With commitment and dedication with correct method everything could be built. Keep moving!

How much equipment is needed?
Basically the floor! As you can see I trained at the beach, in the mountains, anywhere really. The only thing you should really buy is the gymnastics rings, 40 bucks and hang them anywhere.

I would be questioning if it need a rebleed even with bad cable tension it should not have that much throw
